Chinese tea culture has formed a unique culture after thousands of years of historical development.However,with the fast pace of life,most people have no time to make tea,and the young people do not like the tedious steps to make tea.With the rapid development of intelligent technology,it provides a good condition for the design of a machine that not only conforms to the traditional brewing process but also realizes automatic tea making.This paper from the view of the traditional brewing process,designed a smart tea-making machine based on neural network.First of all,this paper analyzes the design and working characteristics of tea making machines at home and abroad,and decides to design an automatic smart tea making machine that can automatically add tea,wash tea,tea making,remove waste tea and realize remote control functions.The tea maker should also be able to automatically adjust the brewing parameters according to the user's preferences.Through the analysis of the function of the tea maker,the overall structure was completed,which mainly included water storage tank,heating water tank,brewing teahouses,tea storage tank,automatic tea adding device,and waste tea bunker.Then,this paper optimized the heating water tank,automatic tea adding device,brewing teahouses,and automatic remove waste tea device,tea water heat preservation and human-machine interaction.This structure applies for an invention one patent and two utility model patents.Next,the subject based on the STM32 microcontroller to complete the brewing machine control system hardware circuit design and software programming.The control system mainly includes a power module,a driver module,a human-machine interaction module,a WIFI communication module,a sensor module,and a storage module.Finally,this paper applies the neural network to carry on the design of the tea machine control system algorithm,makes the tea machine realize the automatic adjustment of the parameter.Among them,this paper through understanding and analysis of the principle of artificial neural network model,the selection of BP neural network model and RBF neural network model of tea parameters to predict,and through the comparison of the two models,the BP neural network model was finally selected for parameter adjustment.Through data analysis,compared with the ordinary control system,the control system using the neural network model can automatically adjust the brewing tea parameters,so that the tea can achieve the user's taste requirements more quickly.Through this experiment,we verify the feasibility of using neural network in intelligent design of tea making machine.In order to verify the rationality of the design of the tea-making machine structure and control system,an experimental device was built,and the entire brewing process was completed with the application of the device.At the same time,the error analysis of the adjustment of PID in the heating control and the addition of tea to the automatic tea-adding device was completed,the results show that the performance of the tea making machine meets the design requirements.
