Research On The Relationship Between Green Entrepreneurship Orientation And Enterprise Performance

For a long time,enterprises attach too much importance to economic interests,but ignore the environmental pollution and the excessive use of resources,especially manufacturing enterprises.With the government's increasing attention to environmental protection and people's increasing attention to the pursuit of a better life,green products are increasingly favored by consumers.Although our country devotes itself to publicizing environmental protection behavior and developing environmental protection technology.However,the total number of enterprises launching green products or green services in China is not large.Some enterprises have doubts about green entrepreneurship,believing that although green entrepreneurship can improve the reputation of enterprises,it also increases the cost of enterprises and reduces their profits.In addition,today's market environment is complex and changeable,with fierce competition,and the external environment presents high uncertainty.In such an environment,whether an enterprise can improve its performance through green entrepreneurship remains to be further verified,and the internal mechanism of the relationship between the two is worth further exploration.Knowledge is an important factor affecting the growth of enterprises in many fields such as interdisciplinary and cross-career.The accumulation and application of knowledge resources is the premise for enterprises to achieve good performance and continuous growth.Based on this,this paper introduces the process of knowledge creation as a mediation variable.At the same time,for any enterprise,the environment is the basis of its survival.Nowadays,the environment of enterprises is complex and changeable,and the strategic choice must be matched with it.The impact of external environment changes on enterprise operation cannot be ignored.Therefore,this paper takes environmental uncertainty as the regulating variable between greenentrepreneurship orientation and enterprise performance.In this study,manufacturing enterprises were selected as the research object,and a theoretical framework of green entrepreneurship orientation,knowledge creation process and enterprise performance was constructed based on knowledge creation theory and resource-based view by combing and reviewing relevant literature.Comb first of all,this study reviews previous studies on green entrepreneurial orientation and business performance,knowledge creation process and environmental uncertainty are defined,through investigating ways to improve the maturity scale and revision,in the form of a questionnaire to collect the receipt,through SPSS analysis method for this hypothesis is verified: first,with green entrepreneurship guidance for organizations to build competitive advantage,along with the social problem more and more attention to the environment,green products is also more and more get of consumer love.At the same time,the government provides tax breaks,financial support and other policies for green products,and the greening of internal processes of enterprises will also reduce costs.All dimensions of green entrepreneurship orientation have positive effects on enterprise performance.Second,knowledge is a particularly important resource for enterprises,and abundant knowledge resources enable enterprises to have sustainable competitive advantages.When enterprises form and develop green entrepreneurship orientation,they can connect and integrate new and existing knowledge from different individuals through the SECI spiral of knowledge creation.Knowledge creation process plays an intermediary role between green entrepreneurship orientation and enterprise performance.Third,the results show that environmental uncertainty has no significant moderating effect on the relationship between knowledge creation process and enterprise performance.This research deeply explores the relationship between green entrepreneurship orientation,knowledge creation process,environmental uncertainty and enterprise performance,which enriches the green entrepreneurship theory and lays a theoretical foundation for the research in this field.First of all,this study further analyzes the relationship between green entrepreneurship orientation and corporate performance,expounds the specific impact mechanism of green entrepreneurship orientation oncorporate performance,and the research results enrich the green entrepreneurship theory.Secondly,it further enriches the theory of knowledge creation and reveals the specific path for the knowledge creation process to play a role in the relationship between green entrepreneurship orientation and enterprise performance.At the same time,from the perspective of practice,the results of this study provide guidance and Suggestions for senior executives of enterprises.In the social atmosphere that attaches more importance to the environment,manufacturing enterprises can gain competitive advantages and improve enterprise performance by forming a green entrepreneurship orientation.It is suggested that enterprise executives should create an environment of sharing knowledge,fully stimulate the creativity of all employees,and make better use of the knowledge of the members of the organization to achieve a win-win result of green and performance.
