The wide range of primary menstrual pain, the short period, and the great pain have caused serious negative effects on women's physical and mental health.Hot compress has been widely verified as a method to relieve women's menstrual pain, and focusing on keeping warm can reduce the primary menstrual pain,at the same time, electric heating technology is more and more used in the field of textile and clothing, and functional clothing has become more and more in people's lives. In this paper, through the process of demand analysis, yarn selection and fabric preparation, apparel design and production and apparel performance evaluation, this paper designs and develops low voltage heating clothing of menstrual women with both functionality and comfort.Through literature and questionnaire surveys to grasp the pain part, pain time and pain degree of women's physiological period, the performance analysis of the existing physiological period fever products on the market was conducted to obtain the design requirements and development basis of heating clothing. The selection of conductive yarns and the preparation of heating fabrics were completed, and the development of clothing was completed through style design, structural design, temperature control system integration. The comfort test and evaluation experiment of the heating clothing and the dressing experiment during the physiological period were designed to study the performance. In the comfort test and evaluation experiment, the subjects carried out the human body dressing experiment of sitting and walking in a normal temperature environment, and measured the four physiological aspects of waist and abdomen temperature, waist and abdomen blood flow, sweat volume and heart rate. The index records four subjective evaluation values of thermal sensation, wet sensation, fit and overall comfort.Through data analysis,it was found that the waist and abdomen temperature, blood flow and sweating volume of the subjects can effectively evaluate the fever performance between different evaluation subjects, but the heart rate of the subjects under different dressing conditions did not show a significant difference(P> 0.05);Various subjective evaluation indicators can evaluate the differences in thermal and wet comfort performance, wearing fit and overall comfort between different evaluation objects. The experimental results show that intermittent heating clothing and continuous heating clothing are suitable for sitting and slow walking. The thermal sensation, wet sensation and fit of the dress have been significantly improved, among which the intermittent heating clothing has especially improved the thermal and wet comfort of the dress. In the physiological period dressing experiment, the 10-point visual simulated pain score scale and the menstrual disturbance questionnaire were used to evaluate the pain intensity of the abdomen and waist of the subject and the discomfort symptoms during the physiological period. In terms of the intensity of waist and abdomen pain and the symptoms of discomfort during the physiological period, the effect of continuous heating clothing on the abdomen and waist and the intermittent heating clothing on the abdomen and waist are equivalent, better than abdomen continuous heating clothing. The abdomen and waist and the intermittent heating clothing is optimal. In this study, through the design of heating elements, fabrics and style structures and the improvement of the temperature control system, designed and developed low voltage heating clothing of menstrual women, and improved the thermal and wet comfort and dress fit of the heating clothing to achieve the goal of improving women 's physical and mental health and dress comfort during menstrual pain, and also provide reference for future functional clothing design for women.
