Study On Continuous Sand Washing Technology Of Automatic Reversing In Liaohe Oilfield Horizontal Well Casing

Sand production from oil well is one of the main problems to be solved in the work over operation of liaohe oilfield,which affects the production of oil layer,construction efficiency of oil well and production cycle of oil well.The process of the well sand washing has long been a key concern of liaohe oilfield.At present,the most commonly used sand washing in horizontal Wells of liaohe oilfield is continuous sand washing with ground commutation.Second,the need to frequently reverse valve,so easy to cause wrong operation.The third is that the ground needs to be connected with the sand washing activity elbow and the high-pressure hose,resulting in more pipelines on the ground.Considering the disadvantages of the continuous sand washing technology with ground commutation,it is urgent to study new technology of continuous sand scrubbing in horizontal Wells and related tools and equipment.In order to solve the problems of continuous sand washing process of ground reversing,this paper takes the technology of continuous sand washing of automatic reverse in casing as the research content.Based on the current situation of liaohe oilfield,the overall process plan is first formulated,and related tools are then designed,Finally,the method of field test is studied.This paper mainly analyzes the current situation and reasons of sand production in the horizontal well of liaohe oilfield,and formulates the research content by combining these factors,use the " drilling products design and calculation software " for continuous sand washing equipment casing automatic reversing some parts for the design and calculation theories,to verity whether the tool design is reasonable,by setting the reversing valve sealing reversing test to test switch reversing the movement is flexible,by setting the reversing valve sealing rubber core pulling test,test to test the seal to the difficulty of the directional control valve through the self-styled rubber core,finally through the field test to verify the casing automatic reversing continuous sand washing technology in liaohe oilfield Feasibility of horizontal well operation.In this paper,the research results of continuous sand washing technology with automatic reversing in the casing pipe can help improve the output of liaohe horizontal well,improve the effect of sand washing,extend the production cycle of oil well and increase the crude oil output to some extent.
