Germany's "Industry 4.0" triggered a deep understanding of smart manufacturing in various countries,and our country has also responded actively,carrying out smart manufacturing demonstration work in various aspects.When the apparel industry is facing difficulties in recruiting workers,the low level of the pattern maker's education,the decline in the technology of the cutting staff,and the failure of the technical inheritance,the business field has a phenomenon of "small batch,multiple varieties,short cycle".The technology pressure is not optimistic,the clothing industry has to find a breakthrough to change this phenomenon.Following the rising trend of big data,Internet and other technologies,it quickly joined the ranks of intelligent manufacturing transformation and upgrading.At present,the transformation and upgrading of most domestic garment factories are still in the initial trial stage,and the development level of enterprise intelligent manufacturing is different.Therefore,apparel companies especially need a more comprehensive and reliable apparel smart factory capability maturity evaluation index system to evaluate their own intelligence and digital level.This kind of evaluation clearly judges the level of intelligent manufacturing of enterprises that are undergoing or have undergone transformation and upgrading,and judges the shortcomings of their own intelligent development according to the single index score,so as to improve and develop.at the same time,provide references for construction content and development direction for garment companies that have not yet undergone transformation and upgrading.The paper first introduces the global background and industry background of the development of smart clothing factories in the introduction,and discusses the research significance,methods and main content of this article,and then it introduces the concept and composition of capability maturity,analyzes and compares the content and characteristics of the current commonly used intelligent manufacturing capability maturity,and summarizes the definition,design goals,overall construction characteristics and main production types of smart clothing factories.The main part of the thesis is to analyze the main construction content of the complete target smart clothing factory,integrate the smart dimension into the manufacturing dimension according to the full life cycle of apparel product production,and establish a relatively complete evaluation index system,including design,production,logistics,Sales,service 5 first-level indicators,13 second-level and 35 third-level indicators,and the evaluation requirements for each indicator.Then,according to the current three main types of garment factories(OEM,ODM,OBM),all indicators are re-screened and combined,and the mathematical expression of clothing smart factory capability maturity and the calculation method of index weight are expounded.After that,through the expert questionnaire,the connection between the indicators of the three models and the assignment of the importance of the indicators were obtained.On this basis,the paper carried out ANP modeling and analysis of the capability maturity of three garment smart factories,and calculated the weight of each index through calculation,and according to the requirements of China's smart manufacturing capability maturity classification,combined with the characteristics of the garment industry,further classify and score the apparel smart factory capability maturity level,so that the capability maturity evaluation model can better guide the apparel factory construction and development.Finally,a quantitative model that can evaluate the capability maturity of three different types of clothing smart factories is obtained.In terms of empirical research on the appraisal model of apparel smart factory capability maturity,three domestic garment companies with different manufacturing models(SM,PF,BXN)were selected,by investigating the actual scores of all indicators of each factory,evaluating the status and level of the maturity of smart manufacturing,in order to test the rationality and feasibility of the model built in this article,and use radar chart to discuss the main constraints on the development of each factory,and put forward corresponding suggestions.Finally,the three factories were compared and evaluated by applying the intelligent manufacturing capability maturity model released by the China Electronics Technology Standardization Institute.From the aspects of score collection,evaluation process,weight calculation,and evaluation results,the apparel smart factory evaluation model established in this paper was shown reasonable and feasible,and the calculation process is more concise and clear.
