Construction Of Evaluation System For Ecological Clothing Factory

With the rapid development of material civilization in today's society,the harm to environment is also increasing.People began to realize the importance of protecting the ecological environment.As a necessary garment in people's life,its ecology needs to be paid more attention to.The importance of the research on the ecology of garment factories is also unquestionable.Therefore,the research on the ecology of garment factories is becoming more urgent and necessary.The purpose of this paper is to establish a perfect ecological garment factory evaluation system.First of all,we constructed the evaluation model of ecological clothing factory through literature analysis and expert survey,and determined the three aspects of architecture,product and environment to evaluate the ecological environment of garment factory.In the evaluation of the building,it is evaluated from the indoor and outdoor environment of the factory,the utilization of various resources and the management of the whole factory.For clothing products,the product life cycle is launched,and the ecological evaluation is carried out from the development,purchase,production and final recycling process of clothing products.The environmental evaluation of the ecological clothing factory has been carried out in the fields of waste gas,waste water,solid waste,noise and greening.Through the questionnaire,respectively from the building,product and environmental aspects of the initial selection of 56 evaluation indexes to construct the evaluation index system,analyzes key points of the evaluation index and evaluation,And the use of Delphy Fa was featured on the initial selection of indicators.By recycling questionnaire and analysis,thus it adds three indicators,respectively,the cost of planning,transportation of raw materials and finished goods inspection,and delete the index organization and management,and the manufacturing index revised production process selection,and through the SPSS coordination coefficient test,the test results show that thetwo rounds of expert opinion the questionnaire has a certain degree of coordination.Thus,the final evaluation system of the ecological garment factory is obtained,including 3 first level index of the standard layer,17 two level indexes of substandard layer and 58 three grade index of the program layer.Based on the complexity of index weight determination,AHP is applied to determine the weight of evaluation index of ecological garment factory,and a hierarchical structure model is established,the judgement matrix is constructed to determine the specific weight of each index and carry out a uniform test.Finally,the specific weight of each evaluation index is determined,including the weight of target layer: 0.10 in terms of construction,0.63 in product and 0.27 in environment,and then the weight is subdivided into layers.Finally,through the establishment of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of fuzzy evaluation of garment factory,the plant ecological scores,compared with scores of experts in the evaluation of subjective evaluation of garment factory score,found that they are very close,so that the evaluation system has certain validity and practicability.
