In view of the current,the water-based glazing machine will consume a lot of electrical energy when drying water-based glazing oil,and most of the parameters of the drying system of the water-based glazing machine depend on the experience of workers to set a control of the water-based glazing machine drying system using carbon nanometer as the heat source program.Compared with traditional infrared heat sources,carbon nano-heating materials have higher electro-thermal conversion efficiency.Through experiments,it is found that the performance of carbon nano-heat sources is stable and has similar characteristics to metal electro-heating materials.The same control method can be used.Through the drying mechanism experiment of the waterborne glazing machine,the best drying process parameters of the waterborne glazing machine are obtained,which provides the data basis for the system design.The control system is composed of STM32 single-chip microcomputer as the data operation processing unit,K-type thermocouple sensor as the detection feedback unit,and solid-state relay as the execution mechanism.Use K-type thermocouple as the temperature sensor to detect the temperature value of the heat source of the drying system and output an analog voltage signal.The voltage signal is sent to the MAX6675analog-to-digital converter for cold junction temperature compensation,amplification,linearization,and digital processing to obtain a carbon nano heat source.Digital quantity of temperature.By comparing the temperature value of the carbon nano heat source with the set temperature value,the STM32 single-chip microcomputer sends out corresponding commands to control the solid-state relay according to the fuzzy PID control algorithm,thereby controlling the conduction or disconnection of the carbon nano heat source,and controlling the temperature of the carbon nano heat source.Through debugging,the system can realize the temperature control of the carbon nano heat source.
