With the progress of science and technology,China's textile industry in terms of quality inspection gradually through the combination of embedded and machine vision technology to enhance the overall upgrading of traditional industries.The design of light source lighting system plays an important role in the application of machine vision technology instead of traditional manual detection.Because in the light source to meet the actual needs,the image quality collected by the camera is higher,which has a direct impact on the cost saving and post image processing.With the rapid development of industrial automation,more stringent requirements for light source are put forward.Therefore,the design of light source control has broad application prospects and important research value.This thesis analyzes the characteristics of light source application in machine vision system.Aiming at the quality requirements of textile industry,an adaptive light source control system is designed and implemented on the basis of embedded system design principle.As a new generation of light source,LED has been used in machine vision system because of its various advantages.Because of its own characteristics,it is necessary to work with the corresponding control system,which is also a hot spot in the light source technology research.Through analyzing the requirements of light source application,STM32 is the control core,and the overall design scheme is planned.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of LED light source,the hardware platform of the system is determined according to the design requirements.The hardware platform is built by several CCD industrial cameras and LED light sources.Then,the main hardware analysis and selection,and then the related parameters of the detailed calculation.The algorithm of affecting the uniformity of light source is improved.The results of the improved image are verified by simulation and experiment.Combined with the control needs of light source,the corresponding functions of each module are realized and the hardware platform design is completed.Based on the hardware platform,the software part of the light source control system is designed.The development environment is introduced,the corresponding functions of the software are realized,and the overall design of the control system is completed.Then,the optical parameters such as the light flux of the light source,the extracted image information characteristics and the exposure time of the camera are used as feedback.By analyzing the feedback information,according to the experimental environment,the standards of the light source are set,and the light source is controlled to adjust the light,so as to realize the purpose of light source adaptation.Finally,the experimental platform of light source control system is designed.Each hardware can work stably in the working state,the software part can make the correct response under the instruction operation,and each function of the software can meet the expected requirements.Taking images of different objects under the condition of light source.The results show that the illumination uniformity of the measured object surface is good,and the information features contained in the image are obvious.It basically meets the requirements of image detection and post-processing.The light source control system designed in this thesis meets the needs of practical application,achieves the expected performance index of the initial design,and provides a certain reference for LED light source control technology.
