Welding fixture occupies an important position in the manufacturing industry,which plays a key role in improving production efficiency and ensuring product quality.However,fixture design is a skill that relies heavily on personal experience,resulting in a long period of designing a new set of fixtures.Therefore,it is very important for improving the flexibility of the production fixture in today's accelerated product upgrading.Welding is the main method for pharmaceutical equipment production.Taking the processing and production of large scale pharmaceutical equipment as the object,this article will put forward a set of flexible welding fixture design scheme for the welding of flange and cylinder block as well as the welding of accessory parts.It can control the welding deformation of flange cylinder within the allowable range and realize flexible clamping,so as to improve the safety and convenience of welding operation.The research is as follows:(1)A double-ellipsoid heat source model was created by SYSWELD,the welding joint type of flange cylinder was simplified,and the three-dimensional finite element model of stress field and temperature field was then established.Furthermore,the simplified joint was welded,and the deformation,stress distribution and temperature field distribution of the weldment were analyzed and compared with simulation results,and the reliability of the welding heat source was checked.(2)The three-dimensional finite element model of welding stress field and temperature field of flange cylinder block was established.The welding simulation of flange cylinder block was carried out by using the verified welding heat source.The welding deformation of flange cylinder block was analyzed.Moreover,the welding simulation was carried out and the welding deformation was analyzed again after the deformation position was clamped.The reliability of the clamping point was confirmed.(3)According to the results of welding simulation analysis under the condition of flange cylinder clamping,combined with the processing characteristics of flange cylinder lifting,the design scheme of welding fixture was proposed.According to the requirements of design,each scheme of welding fixture was evaluated.The structure of welding fixture was determined and the structure of welding fixture was designed and modeled by SolidWorks.(4)ANSYS software was used to conduct static analysis of welding fixture structure to verify the stiffness of welding fixture of the flanged cylinder.The parts of the structural strength not meeting the design requirements was strengthened and the welding fixture of the flanged cylinder was finally determined.
