The five-axis CNC machine tool is mainly used to process parts with complex surface.It plays a critical role in the development of industries such as aerospace,national defense and medical devices.The hydraulic system controls the workbench of the five-axis machine tool and the hydraulic actuator on the principal axis.Its importance is self-evident.In the current stage the hydraulic system of the five-axis machine tool has many problems and deficiencies.It needs to be optimized and upgraded.This paper analyzes with the hydraulic system of the five-axis turn milling compound vertical machining center as the research subject,looks up a lot of domestic and foreign references,and makes principle design,component selection,structure design and calculation based on the gas-liquid supercharging technology,the emerging energy-saving and environmental protection technology in recent years with the gas-liquid booster pump as the power source of the hydraulic system of the five-axis machine tool.By analyzing the action features of the hydraulic actuating mechanism of the five-axis machine tool and the performance of the gas-liquid booster pump,the energy accumulator is designed as the auxiliary power source,so as to realize the quick response of the hydraulic system.The expansibility of the hydraulic hose is studied,and the expansion coefficient of the hydraulic hose used in this paper is obtained with the experimental method,so as to reduce the deviation between the calculation and simulation results and the real values of the hydraulic system,and make calculation and simulation results more reasonable.As the gas-liquid supercharging system is very sensitive to the leakage,this paper absorbs their advanced technology and redesigns by surveying and mapping the domestic and foreign leakage-free valves.By improving the processing technology of valve element,its critical part,it complies with the optimal plan in use.AMESim computer simulation software is used for simulated analysis of pressure and flow of the hydraulic system designed in this paper,so as to verify its rationality.Finally,based on the study in this paper,the trial production of the prototype was completed.The comprehensive testing of the experiment table and the machine tool shows that the indicators can all meet the needs of use.
