At present,the mining areas in eastern China are facing the problems of depletion of resources and shortage of production continuity due to long mining years.Therefore,speeding up the progress of mining area development has become one of the urgent problems to be solved in these coal mines.Due to the problems of high failure rate,poor adaptability to hard rock roadway and high energy consumption of Fully mechanized heading machine0 in China,Drilling-Blasting Method is still the main method in a considerable part of mine rock roadway excavation.In this paper,the extension section of the North roadway in a mine of Shandong Energy Group is selected as the research object,and the engineering application of the Rock Roadway Drilling-Blasting Method for rapid tunneling operation line is studied.Through field investigation and theoretical analysis,the main factors affecting the rapid excavation of rock roadway are summarized as mechanical equipment,blasting mode,management mode and labor organization.The weight of influencing factors is analyzed by AHP theory,and the order of importance of each factor is: equipment selection > blasting mode > organization mode > management mode > section size > surrounding rock hardness.According to the importance of influencing factors,improvement measures are put forward.Finally,rock roadway rapid excavation line suitable for geological and technical conditions of the mine is formed.The main achievements of this paper are as follows:(1)the influence of mechanized equipment level,construction technology,process and production organization management on the tunneling speed is studied,and the weight of the influencing factors is analyzed by AHP theory.According to the importance ranking of each factor affecting the rock roadway driving speed,the mechanized working line,technology and working procedure suitable for the rapid excavation of large section hard rock roadway in this mine are determined pertinently.(2)A mechanized working line of rock roadway tunneling with CMJ2-17 hydraulic drilling rig,ZWY-160/56.5L excavator loader and SD-80 belt conveyor as main equipment is put forward,which realizes fast drilling,fast loading and transportation.The "4-3-3" large cycle operation mode is put forward,that is,the labor organization has a cycle of three days,the first day four shifts driving,and the second two days three digging and one spraying,which changes the original "three digging and one spraying" labor organization mode of the mining party,realizes the balance and coordination of various processes,and improves the operation efficiency of the main processes..(3)New technologies such as "double cut technology + reverse charge blasting technology","airborne hydraulic pre exploration temporary support + excavating loader","mechanical drains" and other new technologies have been put forward,which improved the speed of rock roadway excavation and created a new level of single excavation of large cross-section rock roadway in this mine.The field application of the research results is good,and a new level of 4 m,13 m per day and 190 m per month has been achieved.The technology,technology and equipment of rapid excavation of large section hard rock roadway have certain reference significance for the rapid excavation of rock roadway under similar conditions under Shandong energy group.There are 26 figures,28 tables and 136 references in this paper.
