China's coal mining industry has gradually developed towards efficient and rapid mining in recent years.The excavation of rock lane as an important part of coal mining engineering,the efficiency of its excavation will directly affect the overall efficiency of mining projects.In order to improve the efficiency of rock excavation,many mining areas in China have gradually popularized the use of roadheader with high mechanization level for rock excavation,which has achieved good results in increasing the speed of rock roadway excavation and reducing the workload of workers.However,due to the continuous increase of mining depth,the changeable engineering geological environment and the limitation of the performance of the roadheader,the single use of roadheader can not meet the needs of the rapid excavation of practical projects,and it is necessary to combine traditional blasting excavation in order to ensure the actual progress of the mining area needs.In this paper,the construction technology of rapid excavation of deep rock roadway is studied in view of the shortcomings of low blasting efficiency and small circulation ruler in the original blasting method in Xutuan 3238 and-800 roadway excavation in Huaibei mining area.Based on the method of blasting theory analysis and practical engineering experience,this paper studies the blasting principle and the influence of various factors on the blasting effect firstly,and emphatically analyzes the influence law of free surface width on the charge of the surrounding cannon hole,in order to obtain a reasonable free surface width value,which provides a theoretical basis for the determination of grooving size.Secondly,combined with various influencing factors,this paper makes a theoretical analysis of the related blasting parameters such as the spacing,inclination and depth of all kinds of cannon holes,especially the analysis of the single consumption of the groove explosive,and probes into the variation law of explosive single consumption under different lithology and eye depth inorder to obtain a more accurate parameter selection interval.By taking the 3238 bottom pumping lane and-800 back wind lane as the actual research object,this paper puts forward an optimized blasting scheme and organizes the field test,and demonstrates the rationality of the theoretical analysis results based on the obtained test data.Finally,in view of the actual situation in the mining area,this paper puts forward a new construction scheme of joint excavation of gun excavation and fully mechanized excavation,theoretically analyzes the superiority of the scheme in improving the efficiency of rock excavation,and gives an improved construction organization optimization scheme for reference use in mining area.After the test demonstration in the mining area,the improved blasting scheme obviously reduces the time and workload of the workers to locate the drilling,and increases the utilization rate of the hole by about 6%to about 89%.Compared with the average ruler of the original two roadways for 1.67 m and 1.48 m,the improvement of the excavation of the single cycle of the improved scheme reached 31.7%and 50%,which greatly improved the tunneling efficiency.According to the blasting engineering data records of the mining area,the monthly cycle ruler of the two roadways is around 110 m and achieves the standard of rapid excavation in the mining area,which can illustrate the rationality of the analysis of each blasting parameter in this paper.
