| With the development of petrochemical industry,a large number of industrial waste liquid will be produced.Most of the waste liquid is in the form of organic substances.It is difficult to decompose the industrial waste liquid completely by chemical or physical methods.Instead,the harmful substances in industrial waste water produced in the progress of metallurgical production are incinerated at high temperature and finally transformed to gas and water.By this way,most of the harmful substances in industrial waste liquid can be removed.In recent years,many explosion accidents have taken place in domestic chemical plants,we need more safety operation of mechanical equipment and electrical control system.Traditional PLC can realize the automatic control of fuel combustion,but if there is signal interruption during combustion,and CPU can not make correct judgment,it is likely to cause explosion accidents.At present,most incineration plants are still using the traditional manual ignition mode.Based on the above background,this paper presents a control system based on Siemens fault-safe PLC to realize automatic start-stop,load automatic regulation and perfect combustion protection logic in industrial waste liquid combustion treatment.Firstly,this paper summarizes several incineration devices commonly used in China.The process flow and incineration mechanism of industrial waste combustion are introduced in detail.Then several key control factors in the process of industrial waste liquid incineration are explained.Secondly,the paper first introduces the basic situation of this project,and elaborates the control scheme design of the combustible wastewater incinerator based on Siemens fail-safe PLC,which mainly introduces the control strategy of the high temperature incineration part.For the control of waste liquid incineration process,the burner combustion control is mainly discussed from three aspects: sequence control of ignition,automatic adjustment of fuel load and protection logic during combustion.Thirdly,this paper describes the hardware design of the system in detail,mainly through the detection elements used in the project,fault-safe PLC,and lists the IO list of the project.At the same time,the framework of the control system is introduced in detail.Finally,PLC system and HMI system are explained,and the inspection requirements of the control cabinet and the actual ignition test scheme of the program are formulated to verify the feasibility of the control scheme of the industrial incinerator. |
