Among the many methods for treating garbage,incineration power generation has gradually become the main method of garbage disposal because of its advantages of resource utilization and harmless reduction.Power production has certain risks.In order to increase the operational experience of operating personnel,it has become more and more common to train power plant operators with simulators.The automatic combustion control system is the main system for controlling the burning of garbage in the incinerator,and is the core system of the whole waste incineration treatment.In this paper,the simulation control method is used to study the automatic control system of grate-type waste incinerator combustion.In this paper,taking the development project of a grate furnace waste power plant in Chengdu as an opportunity,taking the combustion automatic control system and related equipment of the plant as the research object,the MSP of Bo strives(Beijing)Simulation Technology Co.,Ltd.as the simulation platform,based on the modularization.The idea of modeling,using PowerBuilder to simulate the mechanical reciprocating grate,hydraulic oil pump and other control objects;using CtrlBuilder software to design and develop the combustion automatic control system,simulation simulation of the control object.In the modeling process of the grate,the method of dividing the grid was adopted.By studying the movement and combustion of the garbage on each small cell,the movement and combustion of the garbage in the whole grate were obtained.In the design of the control system,the combustion automatic control system is divided into: boiler main steam flow control system,garbage layer thickness control system,garbage combustion position control system,ignition loss minimization control system,furnace temperature control system,oxygen concentration control system 6 subsystems.Combined with the operation status of the field equipment and related data,the control block diagram of each sub-control system is analyzed and determined,and the configuration map of the control system is constructed by combining the field measurement point and the DCS variable table.The modules in the control system are written in the CtrlLib using the FORTRAN language.In order to test the model and design control system,this paper carried out static analysis and dynamic test.The experimental results show that the physical model and control system in the paper have high accuracy.The simulation model and control system involved in this paper have been applied to the simulator system of a waste incineration power plant in Chengdu,which has been well received by the field operators.
