With the development of network and communication technology,intelligent household appliances have gained opportunities for rapid development.Nowadays it's becomeing difficult for the existing kitchen appliances to attract users.Users hope kitchen appliances to be more automated,therefore helping them reduce their time on cooking.Mobile phone control,speech recognition and image recognition can meet these needs of users.For people who love cooking but are not skilled,this paper introduces the remote control system of intelligent ovens.This system composes of four modules: control board,WiFi module,client APP and cloud server.The main control board consists of switching power supply,display circuit,communication circuit,load control circuit,key,signal acquisition circuit,etc.It is used for local human-computer interaction,WiFi signal reception,local status reporting and other communication functions,as well as sensor signal acquisition and load control functions.The core function of WiFi module is to realize network data transmission by establishing TCP connection between router and cloud server.This provides the basis for the interaction between oven,cloud server and mobile phone.UART communication is adopted between the main control board and WiFi module.APP realizes Remote Human-Computer Interaction.APP provides services for registering,accessing recipes,controlling ovens and displaying the running status of appliances.Cloud server is responsible for users' information,recipe data management,oven operation data recording and statistics functions.This paper mainly introduces the realization scheme for each sub-function of the system,which includes the hardware design scheme of WiFi components and main control communication interface,the method of reducing the power consumption of WiFi,the implementation scheme of client-side APP,the development and management of APP plug-in,the key workflow and code writing specification of APP,the workflow of interaction between main control board and WiFi module,and the design of APP interface.It also introduces the test and verification methods of the system including the performance and reliability index test for WiFi module and test contents and test cases for APP.The construction and cooperation of the above subsystems has helped achieve the functions of mobile control and online recipes for the oven.Remote control and intelligent cooking has made cooking easier and led people to be hands free from cooking.As a result,people can spend more time with family and in enjoying their life.
