| Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party officially put forward "adhere to the road of new industrialization,informatization,urbanization and agricultural modernization with Chinese characteristics",assembly building has become an important part of new industrialization and urbanization,and its development has also become an important part of national urban and rural construction since the 18 th National Congress.Local and central governments have issued a series of policies to promote the development of local assembly construction industry.With the positive development of assembly building,we are also facing many problems.On the one hand,the corresponding standard system is not perfect,and there are deficiencies in industry,local and enterprise standards.On the other hand,under the new technology background of assembly building,safety accidents still occur.Safety production has always been regarded as a traditional research problem in the field of Engineering management,and this research problem will often face new cHallenges in the context of the times.From the point of view of academic research,"standardization of safety production management of assembled concrete structures" is still a research blank.Aiming at the safety production management of assembled concrete structure building,this study aims to break through this problem to a certain extent from the technical route of standardization principles and methods,and to formulate enterprise-level safety production construction standards for assembled concrete structure construction projects.Firstly,the paper combs the academic literature of the three dimensions of standardization theory and method,assembled concrete building and safety management of construction project,and takes the research results as the theoretical support of this study.The standardization method of Hall model and special problem analysis is also determined as the research method of this study.The main body of this study is the safety management of assembled concrete buildings.The safety management problem is limited to the safety management matters encountered by enterprises with the qualification of general contract of Engineering in the construction of assembled concrete projects.On the basis of comprehensive comparative analysis and extensive and sufficient literature analysis of the current "Assembled Building Project Management Standards" and "Basic Standards for Standardization of Enterprise Safety Production",Hall three-dimensional model is established as the general standard scope system of the standard system,and the research scope and scope of this study are also established.Basic methods.Based on the grounded theory,this paper conducts qualitative research on periodical literature,local standard documents and actual engineering cases,and explores the key issues and standardization system of existing safety management of assembled concrete.After literature screening,reading and sequential coding,the two-dimensional matrix of safety problem and the standard file model of safety management for assembled concrete construction project are established.They are inclusion relations.The standard file model integrates well the coding results of Hall model,two-dimensional matrix and local standard file.This part solves the problem of establishing enterprise standards on the basis of local standards.Meanwhile,the interaction between demonstration cities and codes,and between guiding operational documents and codes are discussed preliminarily.On this basis,from the perspective of model element management,the safety production management standard of assembled concrete building is constructed from five aspects: personnel,equipment,components,system and environment.In the last chapter,two engineering cases are selected for comparative analysis to further discuss the applicability and expansion of the standard. |
