| The cracking furnace of the ethylene plant of the Fushun Petrochemical Olefin Plant is a large energy consumer,accounting for about 60% of the energy consumption of the entire ethylene plant.Increasing the combustion efficiency of the cracking furnace and reducing the fuel gas consumption is an important means to reduce the energy consumption of the ethylene plant.The research object of this paper is the new finned air preheater in the cracking unit of the olefin plant of Fushun Petrochemical Company.According to the patented technology of Beijing Aerospace Petrochemical Technology Equipment Engineering Co.,Ltd.(Beijing Aerospace Power Research Institute)-"Battery Burner of Ethylene Cracking Furnace" Air preheating system and method",designed a finned air preheater,using the quenching water in the ethylene plant area as a heat source,heating the combustion air entering the burner at the bottom of the cracking furnace to reduce fuel consumption and reduce carbon dioxide emissions At the same time,the combustion efficiency is improved,and energy saving and emission reduction are finally realized.Through calculation,the specification of each air preheater fin box is 1900×1138×1004mm,the heat recovery heat is 38 KW,and the heat transfer area is 128.86m2.A total of 292 finned air preheaters were installed in the cracking furnace unit.Each finned air preheater has six rows of 80 cm long fin tubes in each of the 12 fins,for a total of 72 Finned tubes;each fin tube has 133 fins.Through the calibration of the DCS system,the fuel gas consumption,the flue gas discharge temperature,and the number of fan revolutions of each cracking furnace after the addition of the air preheater are reduced to different degrees,and the fuel gas cost can be saved by 442.6627 million yuan according to one year.By running the calibration,the expected results have been achieved,and the company has made outstanding contributions to turning losses into difficulties. |
