Abstract:The development of the stability of mine ventilation system has to ensure the mine safety in production, improve the underground working conditions, reduce the incidence of metal mine. Based on the three-dimensional Ventsim ventilation simulation system, the stability of mine ventilation system parameters using single factor analysis method to study. The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)Having looked through nearly20years of the development situation about software of mine ventilation at home and abroad, and combined with the actual situation of ventilation system of a metal mine, the author chooses Ventsim three-dimensional ventilation simulation system software which is suitable for the metal mine ventilation system.(2)The three-dimensional ventilation simulation system of the exciting metal mine ventilation system has been constructed, and using the system to optimize and study the parameters stability of the metal mine ventilation system. In this thesis, the single factor analysis method is proposed. Under the condition of other parameters invariant, study the relationship between characteristics branch resistance and the related branch air flux and the point of fan operating when the wind resistance of a certain branch varying.(3)By changing the size of the diffuser export diameter, the varying of the fan operating efficiency and the parameters of the feature branch need to be simulated. Between the diffuser export diameter and the fan operating efficiency and the feature branch parameters have the coupling relationships.(4) Using the mine ventilation network and air volume adjustment theory, the interrelation between the parameters of mine ventilation system is analyzed and some reasonable suggestions and future development trend are put forward.
