With development of economy and society and the growth of the demand for mineral resources, the quantity of deep mines is gradually increasing especially in gold mines. Erdaogou gold mine attatching to Jiapigou mining companies has reached1300m in mining depth as one of the oldest underground mining gold mines in China. The temperature has reached30-32℃in underground thermal environment, and the health of workers has be largely affected, resulting in security incidents increasing and lower labor productivity.Aiming at the deep mining thermal damage of Erdaogou gold mine in the paper, through computer simulation of ventilation network,controllable circulatory ventilation and air purification technology,ventilation system of multi-level machine station,the underground temperature has lowered to below28℃according with safety standard.The specific content and results are as follows:(1) On the basis of ventilation system and underground thermal environment research in Erdaogou gold mine, and learning from new theory,new methods and new technology of ventilation in domestic and international mine, a new " multi-stage fan station and controllable circulatory ventilation system "technology is proposed.(2) The3D simulation calculation about underground air flow field is processed by the advanced ventilation software named Ventsim, then the temperature field, air flow field and multi-stage fan station are calculated and optimized, finally the furtherly simplified ventilation network,more reasonable fan layout and the minimum mechanical power are achieved.(3) Combining With technology of controllable circulatory ventilation and air purification,the polluted air after purification treatment could be mixed in fresh recycling, the ventilation difficult problem of12vein in fringe area of Erdaogou gold mine is solved, the technology could be applied to improve thermal environmental conditions of local area in the deep mining of future. (4) The economic and social benefits is reflected obviously in Erdaogou gold mines for the application of "multi-stage fan station and controllable circulatory ventilation system "technology.On one hand,due to improve climate conditions of deep mining, the labor productivity is advanced and security incidents are reduced; on the other hand,due to reduce the amount of underground ventilation equipment because of optimization of the ventilation system and improve fan operation efficiency, fan operation efficiency is improved,the cost of ventilation energy consumption and management is reduced by a large margin.
