As an important part of CNC machine tools,the feed system directly affects the quality and efficiency of the components.Dual-driving as a high-precision drive method is more and more widely used in feed systems.Therefore,it is meaningful to research the feed performance of the dual-driving to improve the stability,precision and processing efficiency of the CNC machine tool.In this paper takes the double ball screw synchronous worktable as the research object.Using theoretical calculations,modal analysis,electromechanical co-simulation,experiments and other techniques to analyze its feed performance.Specific research contents are listed as follows:(1)Combining the structural characteristics of the double ball screw synchronous worktable and the feed principle to establish the feed performance analysis model of the double ball screw synchronous worktable.The dynamic model and rigid-flexible coupling simulation model are obtained by Lagrange energy method and geometric modeling,which lays a theoretical foundation and provides an analysis model for the follow-up study of feed performance.(2)The performance simulation analysis of the double ball screw synchronous worktable is carried out,and its dynamic model is solved.The modal parameters are predicted and verified by finite element method.The parameters of the dynamic model are substituted into the rigid-flexible coupling simulation model and the feed performance is simulated.The influence of different process parameters on the feed performance of the double ball screw synchronous table is obtained.(3)Based on the rigid-flexible coupling simulation model of the double ball screw synchronous table,the influence of synchronous control strategies on the feed performance of the double ball screw synchronous table are studied.A mechanicalelectrical simulation model combining rigid-flexible coupling simulation model with synchronization control strategy is built to study the feed performance of the double ball screw synchronization table under master-slave synchronization control strategy and cross-coupling synchronization control strategy,and to explore the optimal matching relationship between process parameters and synchronization control strategies.(4)The modal experiment and the feed performance analysis experiment are carried out on the double ball screw synchronous worktable,and the mathematical model is verified by the modal experiment.Using the feed performance analysis experiment to obtain the feed performance of the double ball screw synchronous worktable with master-slave synchronization control strategy and cross-coupling synchronization control strategy.The influence of process parameters on synchronization control strategies are analyzed,and the synchronization control strategy that can optimize the feed performance of double ball screw synchronization table is obtained.
