In order to meet the requirements of resource conservation and environmental protection,research and development of new environmental protection material became a worldwide topic,glass fiber reinforced resin matrix composites as a kind of new environmental protection materials,compared with the traditional steel material service life is longer,can effectively save resources,compared with the industrial plastic more green environmental protection,the terminal product manufacturing as one of the highlights of the new environmental protection materials market demand.With glass fiber reinforced unsaturated polyester,epoxy resin and phenolic resin matrix into glass fiber reinforced plastic as one of the key technology of glass fiber processing,processing production line of electrical properties and mechanical properties can be directly determine the glass fiber end product performance,high efficiency of the automatic production line and intelligent control system for the design and implementation of a focus in the study of this article.At present,our country has not yet a mature glass fiber grid automatic production lines,and complete sets of glass fiber grid equipment abroad not only expensive,at the same time the product form is not applicable to domestic home market demand,according to the problem,this paper designed and developed based on SMART S7-200 programmable logic controller of the glass fiber grid automation production line and its control system.This production line according to the glass fiber reinforced unsaturated polyester gel pultrusion process and the modular thought,based on corresponding functions,we integrate the whole production line and the control system : leaching temperature control module,weaving module,oven temperature control module,water cooling module,traction module,network module and transverse reinforcement cutting production module and send reinforcement module,etc.Each sub-module from the hardware design and program to achieve the process requirements,can automatically complete the feeding and soaking of glass fiber,weaving,baking and curing molding,water cooling,grid traction,and glass fiber grid meter cutting,horizontal bar self-production.It can be competent the functions above,but not limited as following:monitoring,management and operation intervention.With the application of samrt man-machine interface touch screent to the Kunlun tongtai MCGS,the operater can adjust the data of the production line and control the action state of the corresponding actuator to customize the products to meet the demand of clients.Meanwhile,we could have the single-bar production and grated production run separately,but also online as well.Those integrated functions to make the whole system has a significant meaning to the automation of glass fiber grille production and the efficience of manpower and raw material.Here are the key contents of the work as following:(1)Considering the pultrusion process requirements and field requirements of fiberglass grille production,the overall plan of the automatic production system of fiberglass grille was designed.According to the modular concept,the entire production line layout was divided into sub-modules to realize corresponding production functions.(2)Designed the electrical schematic diagram of the production line,designed the configuration of each hardware and completed the selection of the main low-voltage hardware equipment of each module.(3)Based on the functional requirements of each module,the motion modeling was carried out and the corresponding control flow diagram was drawn,I/O signal points were allocated,and the flow and actions of the system were programmed one by one,and the hardware communication was configured and the touch screen interface was designed.(4)The production line of glass fiber grid automation was put into operation and measured.The continuous non-stop work was monitored and the production data was obtained.The performance and efficiency of the production line were evaluated and analyzed.(5)According to the problems occurred in the actual measurement of the production line,the steel feeding module and grille traction module are optimized and improved.Theoptimization scheme not only improves the efficiency of the glass fiber grille production line,but also makes the production line more stable and reliable.The production line has been officially and stably running in a company for a while in Yantai,and in some degree,it has realized the automation of the whole processing for the glass fiber grille production.At present,the production line can produce about 700 meters of fiberglass grille every day,which improves the production efficiency and quality of fiberglass grille and greatly reduces the rejection rate.
