| At present,The material preparation of towing shoe sleeve machine is mainly carried out by manual method,it is difficult to meet the requirement of mass production due to the large labor intensity,low production efficiency and so on,which greatly limits the popularization of towing shoe sleeve machine.By analyzing the principle of artificial material preparation and combining the actual production requirements of enterprises,this paper designs and develops a shoe packing machine and its control system by applying PLC control technology,touch screen man-machine interface interaction technology and fuzzy PID control technology.This paper mainly studies from the following aspects:Firstly,the overall design of the the shoe packing machine machine is carried out,which mainly includes the analysis of the the shoe sleeve piercing action,the selection and design of the executive agencies of the mechanized piercing action and the establishment of the overall structure scheme of the shoe packing machine.At the same time,the function of the main mechanical structure of the shoe packing machine is analyzed and introduced.Secondly,the control system of shoe packing machine is studied and analyzed,including hardware design and software design.This paper makes a detailed analysis and design from the aspects of hardware selection,I / O address allocation table,hardware inventory table,wiring circuit diagram and how to realize equipment control,and takes PLC as the core of the control system.The PLC program and the man-machine interface of touch screen are designed.Thirdly,in order to improve the piercing accuracy of the shoe packing machine,a fuzzy PID parameter self-tuning algorithm is designed and applied to the step drive system composed of gripper conveying mechanism and stepping motor,which mainly includes the establishment of the mathematical model of the step drive system,the design of the fuzzy PID controller,the construction and simulation of the system model based on MATLAB/SIMULINK.By comparing and analyzing the simulation curves of fuzzy PID and traditional PID,it is proved that the control performance of fuzzy PID is more superior.Finally,the performance of the control system of the shoe packing machine is tested by field debugging,and the practical effect of the fuzzy PID parameter self-tuning algorithm applied in the step drive system is verified by experiments.The final results show that the designed control system has good performance and can ensure the normal and stable operation of the shoe packing machine.The fuzzy PID Parameter self-tuning algorithm applied in the step drive system of the shoe packing machine obtains good control effect,and the position accuracy requirement of claw is realized. |
