The roll is the main part of the mill,can make the material produce a certain amount of deformation,the quality of the roll and rolling quality is closely related,because the general rolling force is large,the life of the roll will have a significant impact.The life of the roll mainly depends on the hardness of the working surface of the roll.The most common form of roll failure is surface wear.Once the surface wear of the roll fails,the whole roll will be scrapped.At present,the repair technology of roll is relatively backward,so it is of great application value to study a carburizing device and method for repairing roller surface.The thesis completes the following research work:First of all,according to the existing methods of carburizing,carburizing mechanism,this paper proposes a roll surface carburizing method,designed a kind of operation is simple,has a certain commonality of roll surface repair carburizing test bench,through to the roll surface carburizing,the roll surface layer with certain thickness and hardness of the high work,achieve the goal of hardening,reducing the roll change frequency,improve production efficiency.Secondly,the overall structure,power source and driving system,heating system and fixed support of the carburizing device and method for the surface repair of the roller were designed in detail,and the related motion parameters and size parameters of the test bed were determined.Using Solidworks software establishes the virtual testbed of the roller surface repair carburizing test system,expounds the working process of the roll surface repair carburizing testbed,analyzes the performance of the testbed,and provides some technical support for the circulating carburizing of the roller surface.Finally,the relationship of temperature,speed and pressure with time was established by analytical method.The influence of speed and pressure on temperature under different conditions was calculated by MATLAB simulation.The ANSYS workbench thermal analysis module was used for thermodynamic simulation of carburizing mechanism.Finally,the optimum range of temperature,speed and pressure is given,which provides theoretical support for better manufacturing and production test prototype in the future.
