Knowledge as a resource not only changes people's consciousness,but also improves people's ability to perform.How to effectively use safety knowledge to improve safety accidents in China's construction industry,reducing personnel injury and enterprise economic losses,which is a practical engineering management topic.According to the causal chain theory,if the safety knowledge can be effectively disseminated in the construction enterprise through the sharing behaviors,and the standardized operation and safety precautions can run through the work process,the probability of production safety accidents can be effectively reduced.The internal environmental factors of construction enterprises which affect safety knowledge sharing effect are selected as the research contents.The willingness to share knowledge of safety is selected as a mediator variable between environmental factors and safety knowledge sharing effect.Environmental factors are refined according to the situation of safety knowledge sharing,including enterprise safety climate,enterprise safety production management system,safety knowledge sharing platform and incentive mechanism,related hypotheses and scales were obtained.In the stage of data analysis,exploratory factor analysis should be completed before confirmatory factor analysis according to the requirements of structural equation modeling.The SPSS software is used to analyze the descriptive statistics,reliability and validity of the questionnaire data.Then the principal component analysis is used to analyze the data for exploratory factor analysis.The AMOS software is used to analyze the data for confirmatory factor analysis.Finally,the path analysis of the initial structural equation modeling is carried out,and the optimal structural equation modeling is obtained by revising the model according to the suggestion of the revision coefficient.The results show that enterprise safety climate,enterprise safety production management system,safety knowledge sharing platform and incentive mechanism have significant impact on the sharing effect of safety knowledge.The impact of enterprise safety climate is the most important.This study enriches the theory of knowledge sharing in engineering field,and is helpful to improve the safety management level of construction enterprises.
