Research On The Evaluation Model Of Knowledge Sharing Maturity Among Supply Chain Enterprises

In the 21 st century,China has entered a "new normal economy",and the tobacco industry has also ushered in new development opportunities and challenges.Rising prices of factors of production,stricter international,national and industrial policies and global appeals for a low-carbon environment put forward higher requirements for China's tobacco industry.In the era of knowledge-based economy,the concept of knowledge has gradually penetrated into the hearts of the people,and knowledge has become a key competitive factor for enterprises and supply chains.Only when an enterprise possesses abundant knowledge resources and excellent knowledge innovation and sharing ability can it be in an advantageous position in the all-round competition of globalization and informatization.Therefore,if tobacco enterprises want to improve their competitiveness,they must constantly update their own knowledge base.Good knowledge sharing of supply chain enterprises can not only provide external knowledge for enterprises,but also promote the knowledge level of the whole supply chain and build a competitive supply chain.Through the introduction of the first two chapters,this paper firstly elaborates the relevant theories of supply chain,knowledge,knowledge sharing,maturity and the influencing factors of knowledge sharing among supply chain enterprises,which provides a scientific theoretical basis for the evaluation of knowledge sharing maturity among supply chain enterprises in Yunnan tobacco industry;secondly,this paper combines the characteristics of supply chain of tobacco enterprises,and deeply analyzes the problems and influencing factors of knowledge sharing in tobacco supply chain in Yunnan Province.Thirdly,the weight of each index is determined by using the method of Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process(FAHP),and the membership degree of each index is determined by questionnaire and expert scoring.And then a set of evaluation index system of knowledge sharing maturity in tobacco supply chain is established,which provides necessary conditions for the construction of knowledge sharing maturity model in tobacco supply chain.Finally,this paper evaluates the knowledge sharing of supply chain in Yunnan tobacco industry with this model,and puts forward some suggestions according to the evaluation results.The necessity of the knowledge sharing maturity model among supply chain enterprises is verified by the example..Tobacco is an important source of national finance.The construction of knowledge sharing maturity grade evaluation system in tobacco supply chain lays a scientific and practical foundation for the evaluation of knowledge sharing maturity grade in tobacco supply chain,plays a positive role in promoting the improvement of knowledge sharing level in tobacco supply chain,improves the concept of knowledge sharing in tobacco supply chain,enhances market competitiveness.Ultimately,providing a certain reference significance for the realization of scientific and efficient knowledge sharing.
