| From 2015 to 2019,the number of production safety accidents and deaths in housing and municipal engineering nationwide has increased year by year,and the production safety situation in construction is still severe.For construction workers,it is very important to fully understand and master construction safety knowledge.It can effectively prevent and reduce the occurrence of human accidents.At the construction site,the sharing of safety knowledge between workers is important for learning and mastering safety knowledge.method.Therefore,this article uses a combination of theoretical analysis and practical testing to study the safety knowledge sharing behavior of construction workers,find out the key factors affecting safety knowledge sharing behavior,and provide measures for how to improve the safety knowledge sharing behavior of construction workers to reduce the occurrence of human accidents.Research on the safety knowledge sharing behavior of construction workers is still relatively small.This article firstly researches and sorts out the related concepts of knowledge sharing and the related theories of safety knowledge sharing models to lay a solid theoretical foundation for further research on the safety knowledge sharing behavior of construction workers.Secondly,through the literature research method,we summarized and sorted out 30 factors that affect safety knowledge sharing behavior,and used the combined screening method combining the expert scoring method and the proportion method to identify the factors affecting the safety knowledge sharing behavior of construction workers,to obtain the safety atmosphere and safety management.Factors,the individual’s safety quality,and the individual’s other factors are four latent variables,which are specifically divided into 19 observed variables.On this basis,hypotheses are proposed and a structural equation theoretical model is established.Then,sample data is obtained through questionnaire survey method,statistical analysis method is used to test the reliability and validity of the questionnaire,structural equation model analysis method is used to test the fitting index of the theoretical model after meeting the standard,and finally the safety knowledge sharing behavior model of the construction workers that passed the test Carry out path analysis and influence coefficient analysis,and the specific analysis results are:(1)It was verified that the safety atmosphere(0.238),safety management factors(0.351),individual safety quality(0.286)and other individual factors(0.168)have a significant positive impact on the safety knowledge sharing behavior of construction workers;(2)Obtained The comprehensive influence coefficient table of the observed variables of safety knowledge sharing behavior;(3)Use the comprehensive influence factor classification standard to find 11 secondary influence factors: the degree of perfection of safety rules and regulations,the consequences of violating the safety system,the rationality of the plan,and the funds for safe production Investment,corporate safety training,shared incentive system,corporate safety supervision,understanding of safety rules and regulations,safety skills proficiency,understanding of the risks of the position,accumulation of work experience;(4)for safety knowledge sharing behavior the secondary influencing factors with a greater degree of influence put forward countermeasures to improve the safety knowledge sharing behavior of construction workers. |
