Study On Development And Operation Mode Of Safety Supervision Information System For Oilfield Enterprises

The work safety informatization construction has become the common goal and challenge of the oil enterprises.However,there are many problems at the process of pushing work safety informatization of oilfield enterprises,including the poor application effect of information system,the unsound management system and difficulties in operation and promotion,etc.In order to strengthen the operation management of safety information construction,the application status of safety supervision information system is analyzed.First,the influence factors of informatization operation is further confirmed through the questionnaire.Then a structural equation model is established to analyze the factors affecting the system operation,and the main influencing factors of the information operation are determined.Based on the influencing factors,this paper puts forward three solutions to the development and operation of the safety supervision information system.(1)The requirement analysis and design method of the safety supervision information system.The oilfield enterprise QHSE management system and the requirement analysis process of safety supervision information system are combined at the requirement analysis and design process,including the system overall framework,the detailed module dividing,module logic function,etc.,so as to complete the design of safety management information system.The improvement of requirement analysis and design method can reduce the problem of safety informatization operation fundamentally.(2)The requirement change management method of the safety supervision information system.A feasibility assessment index system of demand change is established,and a quantitative method of evaluation index is designed.In combination with the actual situation and the evaluation results obtained from the risk assessment matrix,the feasibility evaluation proposal is given.The process of requirement change management is formulated,and the function module of change management is designed by informatization means,so as to effectively reduce the risk brought by demand change in information operation.(3)Comprehensive assessment management of safety supervision information operation.The information operation performance evaluation index is selected and the index weight is calculated,so the safety supervision information operation performance evaluation system is established,and the performance evaluation results reflect the feedback operation effect.Then using internal data of safety supervision information system,the application evaluation module is designed,and operation situation of information is monitored with the evaluation results.Combined with two assessment processes,it provides a reliable guarantee for the information operation management,and improves the quality and efficiency of the information operation and promotion.
