Design And Realization Of Safety Monitoring System For Deep Well Operation Based On Zigbee

Our country has a large area,the demand for coal is very strong,and the demand for minerals is increasing unabated,so a lot of mining work has been carried out.Deep well operations are extremely risky.The ground pressure,temperature,air quality,and groundwater trend will continue to change with deep well operations.These changes will affect the structure and safety of the tunnel.Accidents such as gas leakage,water penetration,and roof fall are due to uncertain factors,leading to deviations in mining or safety accidents.If there is an effective safety supervision system for safe mining guidance and risk elimination,it is very meaningful.This paper analyzes the current situation of coal mine safety production management informatization.Aiming at the current severe safety production situation in mines,a monitoring system that uses single-chip microcomputer STM32F103 and ZigBee wireless communication technology to control the remote transmission of underground environmental parameters is designed,including data acquisition modules,display Module,safety management module,etc.The data acquisition module is mainly composed of a wireless sensor network,which can return downhole personnel information,downhole environmental information,and downhole monitoring system information to the deep well operation safety monitoring system through the theory of material-to-object connection.After corresponding processing,the display module will monitor the information is displayed on the LCD screen.The security monitoring module integrates system data,transforms it into different data formats as needed,and provides a unified data operation interface for upper users;the user interface is the interface for the user to exchange information with the system,and the user can view historical data,download information,etc..The safety monitoring system designed in this paper realizes the information construction of coal mine safety management,can effectively improve the safety management level of coal mines,and has certain guiding significance for subsequent research work.
