A Game Study On The Safety Production And Supervision Of Petrochemical Enterprises In China

As an important industrial sector of our country's economic and social life,the petrochemical industry has made important contributions to the national economy and people's life,and the safety and production of petrochemical enterprises has been puzzling people all the time.Because of the complexity of the production process and the particularity of the raw materials needed for production,the petrochemical industry is more dangerous than other industries.Therefore,the safety production investment in petrochemical enterprises is an important prerequisite for ensuring the safe production of the enterprises.But the strategy of petrochemical enterprises' safety investment under the market mechanism is affected by many factors and petrochemical industry.Enterprises may exist in pursuit of profits and neglect safety production.At this time,the government needs to manage and guide the safety production behavior of petrochemical enterprises.Based on this,this paper combines the prospect theory with the evolutionary game theory to analyze the safety production strategy of petrochemical enterprises under the government participation,in order to find out the influencing factors and restrictive conditions of the petrochemical enterprises and the government security strategy,and provide effective countermeasures and suggestions to guide the safety production of petrochemical enterprises.First,the role of the government in the safety production supervision of petrochemical enterprises is discussed by three aspects of the theory of market failure,risk management theory and information asymmetry,and the regulatory responsibility of the petrochemical enterprise supervision department,the safety production status of petrochemical enterprises,the aspects involved in the safety production investment and the safety of the petrochemical enterprises.The main problems of production are analyzed and summarized.According to the current situation of safety production in petrochemical enterprises,this paper analyzes the investment strategy of petrochemical enterprises under the market mechanism.Through the solution of game model,it is concluded that the safety production of petrochemical enterprises at the present stage of petrochemical enterprises in our country can not only rely on the self-discipline of the industry,but also the government supervision mechanism should be introduced to manage and guide the safety production investment behavior of petrochemical enterprises.Guide.In the game analysis of the evolutionary game of the safety production strategy of petrochemical enterprises under the participation of the government,the profit perception matrix of government and enterprise game is constructed with the prospect theory,and the factors and constraints affecting the government and enterprise security strategy are obtained through the analysis of the equilibrium point and the evolutionary stabilization strategy,and the influence factors of the MATLAB are used.Numerical simulation,and according to the game and simulation results,the corresponding suggestions are put forward.
