With the assembly and manufacturing of hydraulic support of company C as the background,the problems of insufficient production capacity and long production cycle of the enterprise were solved from two aspects.The first is the redistribution of the contents of the assembly work,so that the distribution of the work is balanced and the assembly efficiency is improved.The second is to make multi-variety products co-production.According to the assembly characteristics of the hydraulic support,the related assembly order of the assembly line of the hydraulic support is reduced to reduce the inventory of component buffers and improve production efficiency.First,according to the assembly status of the hydraulic support production workshop,Identify existing problems in the workshop: insufficient production capacity,uneven distribution of tasks on the assembly line,and long production cycle of the hydraulic support assembly.Then,the assembly process of each type of hydraulic support is analyzed,the operation content is redistributed,and the basic theory of the mixed assembly line is used to formulate the co-line production of each type of hydraulic support.According to the effective working time and product production volume,determine the production cycle of the assembly line and the number of workstations,establish a job allocation model with the minimum smoothness index as the optimization goal,set constraints,use Lingo software programming to solve,and give a hydraulic support job allocation plan.Finally,according to the hydraulic support assembly process flow,the analysis of the hydraulic support assembly system consists of multiple assembly lines,the assembly line and the assembly line,and the components produced by the assembly line are supplied to the assembly line.There is a demand relationship between the general assembly line and the part assembly line.Both the final assembly line and the final assembly line are produced in a mixed organization.Based on the relationship between the final assembly line and the final assembly line,an assembly ordering framework is proposed to minimize the difference between the material consumption of the final assembly line and the final assembly sequence.The optimization objective is to build a model for the association and ordering of the assembly line,using genetic algorithm to solve.The hydraulic support assembly example is used for verification.This paper contents 29 figures,9 tables,70 references.
