Study On Intrapreneurship Model Of VD Jewelry

With the deepening of globalization,China has called for mass intrapreneurship and innovation.The trade war between China and the United States increasing global economic uncertainty,intrapreneurship may be a better choice for companies and their employees.At the time of corporate reform,the author conducts an in-depth research on the problems existing in intrapreneurship project through interviews and case studies,finding out the causes of the problems,and madding feasible suggestions to promote the project to other departments.According to the result of the study,the main problems of the company's intrapreneurship project are summarized as follow.They are unstable internal resource protection for the project;lack of risk assessment and unscientific equity distribution;unclear responsibility for labor relationship management between the main company and the new company;few intrapreneurial achievements with innovation;and imperfect incentive mechanisms.At the same time,this article further analyzes the cause of the problem.First,the project was practical,and the startup team did not have good understanding of in the intrapreneurship.Secondly,after the project started,nobody makes a review of the strength or problems of it.Finally,the company did not have professionals for intrapreneurship.Aiming at the problems of VD jewelry company's intrapreneurial projects,the author puts forward the following countermeasures: the establishment of a dedicated unit to manage and supervise the project;the scientific allocation of equity to reduce project risks;the improvement of the intrapreneurial employee labor relationship management mechanism;the establishment of intrapreneurial project selection and training mechanisms;establishing a reasonable outcome distribution mechanism in combination with long-and short-term incentives.The study results of VD Jewelry Company's intrapreneurship have promoted the company's sustainable development,and it has some reference value for future study on the intrapreneurial model of the same type of company and the specific intrapreneurship reform.This study still needs to be further improved and discussed together in the future practice promotion.
