The Cultural Communication Of Chaoshan Tea From The Perspective Of Memory

Chaoshan tea culture is an important branch of Chinese tea culture and one of the main sources of the development of many tea culture nowadays.As a unique cultural custom in Chaoshan area,Chaoshan tea culture runs through the daily life of Chaoshan people,forming the cultural landscape of tea drinking by all people in Chaoshan area.Therefore,from the perspective of cultural memory theory,this paper takes the spread of tea culture in Chaoshan area as the object of this study.From the perspective of cultural memory,this paper studies the cultural communication phenomenon of Chaoshan tea.As a collective knowledge,cultural memory can not be constructed without the function of memory media.Chaoshan tea culture is to construct the identity among Chaoshan groups through the carrier of Gongfu tea ceremony,tea set,and body deduction when people perform Gongfu tea.Although Chaoshan tea culture as the cultural memory of Chaoshan people.But in Chaoshan area,people’s cognition of "tea culture" stays in the daily time tea brewing,in the daily tea drinking process,Chaoshan tea culture tea culture is gradually becoming daily and life-oriented.The cultural connotation of Chaoshan tea culture(including tea ceremony,tea spirit,etc.)has not been systematically passed on,and the culture faces the risk of amnesia.In addition,although Chaoshan tea culture is a national "intangible cultural heritage ",as a prominent representative of tea culture,it has not been well spread out.In the non-Chaoshan area,Many people know that Chaoshan people love tea,but few people know Chaoshan tea culture.Chaoshan tea culture exists: facing the risk of cultural amnesia,facing the dilemma of difficult to go out.Therefore,this thesis aims at the problems in the process of Chaoshan tea culture communication,combs its specific situation,and puts forward some suggestions.Although nowadays many popular tea culture,such as Pu’er tea,Longjing tea and so on tea brewing methods are derived from the traditional Chaoshan Gongfu tea,and continue to develop.But compared with Chaoshan tea culture itself,Pu’er tea culture spread widely both at home and abroad.Therefore,on the basis of the problems raised,this paper also puts forward some suggestions to solve the problems existing in the spread of Chaoshan tea culture.The function of cultural memory is to construct identity and make culture develop and inherit.It is a new attempt to study the problems faced by Chaoshan teaculture communication from the perspective of cultural memory,which combines cultural memory with communication,not only to reaffirm the cultural value of Chaoshan tea culture,but also to alert the situation of cultural amnesia.From the perspective of cultural memory to think about the spread of Chaoshan tea culture,communication problems,and how to break through its limitations to make it better spread,so that the spread of Chaoshan tea culture can eventually go beyond the category of cultural memory and go out more widely.The above is the important foothold of this research.
