At present,the customized furniture industry has become stable and mature,but in the design and development of customized products,more and more people adopt the tight coupling mode,that is,the research and development content is totally dependent on consumer demand,which leads to a large number of redundant parts and components products in the customized platform system,especially a large number of non-standard parts and components products.These nonstandard parts can only be flexible production,and the flexible production mode will have a negative impact on the production efficiency,resource utilization,cost and other indicators of enterprise back-end compared with the batch production mode.Therefore,we should start with the big data of customization project to investigate the market performance of each component product,make continuous dynamic optimization and adjustment,streamline the front-end customization platform system,and transform more non-standard components into standard components,reduce back-end production pressure,improve production efficiency,increase production capacity and reduce costs.This paper takes customized wardrobe as the research object.Based on the existing standardized parts platform of customized wardrobe,the current product standards of parts and components in the industry,and the customized engineering sheet data,the parts and components products in customization system are dynamically optimized and adjusted.In addition,on the basis of dynamic optimization,market demand trends can be analyzed to provide reference for the development of new products.This research is mainly divided into four stages:(1)Using the methods of literature analysis and induction and deduction,the relevant theories of personalized demand,modular design theory and mushroom theory are studied,and on this basis,the dynamic optimization model of standardized parts platform is preliminarily constructed;(2)Using the methods of investigation,systematic analysis and induction,the existing customized wardrobe parts are studied.Part products and standards are subdivided and integrated into standard and non-standard levels;(3)By means of investigation and research,comparative analysis,mathematical statistical analysis and mathematical dichotomy,the engineering data of enterprises are statistically collated,and repeated frequency analysis is carried out for each part product,then the parts platform is updated,optimized and redesigned;(4)Survey is adopted.Research and summarize deductive methods,analyze the characteristics of components with high repetition frequency,and reverse the market demand trend.Through the research,the following research results and relevant conclusions are drawn:(1)Through the research on the operation mode and related theory of standardized parts platform,a dynamic optimization model is constructed.By comparing and analyzing the performance of parts and components fed back by current parts standards and the market side,optimization and updating are carried out in a unified measure with repetition frequency as a unit,and then evaluation is carried out in the market,and optimization is carried out again according to the feedback of the market.Thus,a benign dynamic cycle process model is formed.(2)It reveals the relationship between individual individualization and group individualization,which is contradictory,unified and dynamic,and summarizes the evolution law of demand and the theoretical method of "component-demand" reversal.Finally,it comes to the theoretical method of reverse deducing market demand trend by analyzing the characteristics of high repetition frequency components.(3)Summarize the detailed details of current parts and components products,and use the dynamic optimization model of standardized parts platform to eliminate,optimize and upgrade them and develop new products.The detailed optimization and revision results are obtained,which further verify the feasibility of the dynamic optimization model and the market demand trend analysis method.(4)On the basis of standardized parts platform of customized wardrobe,a more universal dynamic optimization model and method suitable for all customized products are refined.
