Research On The Key Issues Of The Seal Personalized Customization System

With the advent of the era of the new industrial revolution,user demands for products increasingly emphasize personalization.As a personalized customization system that conveys personalized needs between enterprises and users,there are still problems such as poor visual interactive customization,low user participation and disconnection between personalized customization and production processing.In response to the above problems,this article takes the seal personalized customization system as the research object,based on the industrial Internet of Things platform,to study the key problems of the realization of the personalized customization system such as online customization configuration,automatic NC program generation and product processing visualization.Firstly,this article analyzes the functional requirements of the seal customization system according to the seal customization process and puts forward the key problems to be solved and system development process of the system.Then,the online customization configuration method,NC program automatic generation and product processing visualization are studied.Among them,in order to improve user interaction experience and system development efficiency,the online customization configuration method is proposed and the visualization interactive customization is realized by using Web3 D technology;CNC carving is used as the object and NC templates are constructed to realize the automatic generation of NC programs;Digital twin technology is used to visualize the processing of customized products.A real-time data collection architecture based on the Thingworx Industrial Internet of Things platform is proposed and the visualization of the processing process is realized from the three levels of product,logistics and equipment.Finally,taking personalized custom seals as the application object,a personalized seal customization system is designed and developed.This system can automate the entire process from submitting customized information to customized production,greatly improving production efficiency and allowing users to participate in the entire process of customization.Improve user customization participation.This system can provide a certain reference for other personalized product customization system research.
