Since the two industrial revolutions,human production relations have undergone fundamental changes,and productivity has also been greatly improved.As people 's production behavior has gradually depleted natural resources,it has also deteriorated the ecological environment with the emergence of more and more vicious phenomena such as global warming,the destruction of the ozone layer,and the sharp decline in forests,the environment on which humans depend is increasingly threatened.Governments around the world are committed to implementing sustainable development strategies and increasing efforts to solve environmental problems,and companies have responded to calls for green supply chain management.Among them,as the source of the green supply chain,whether the green supplier can be scientifically selected will directly affect the evaluation performance of the entire green supply chain,so its importance is self-evident.In production management,the decision-making team will consider many factors to select the raw material supplier,and the environmental protection requirements make the selection of a satisfactory and qualified green supplier a multi-criteria one.Many evaluation indicators cannot be described quantitatively with precise numbers.It is more appropriate to use language numbers to express or fuzzy numbers to describe,and it is also more convenient to use.In the related theory of fuzzy sets,neutrosophic fuzzy sets have two prominent advantages over those of the previous classic fuzzy sets.The first is that its three memberships belong to their respective dimensions,which increases the scope of application.Second,it not only can deal with the problems of uncertainty and ambiguity,as well as the inconsistency or discontinuity of information.Therefore,this article mainly discusses the problem of green supplier selection under single value neutrosophic fuzzy environment and single value neutrosophic hesitant fuzzy environment.The main work is as follows:(1)In a single-valued neutrosophic fuzzy environment,the decision-maker's psychological behavior is taken into consideration,and a multi-criteria decision model method is proposed based on the foreground value function.This model is applied to green supply under the condition that attribute weights can be obtained In the numerical case selected by the quotient,the decision-making behavior of the decision maker in the face of three different risks,high,medium,and low,is examined.Finally,a sensitivity analysis is performed based on the parameters of the change in the foreground value function to verify the flexibility of the method.(2)Decision-makers may not be able to obtain attribute criterion weights in practical problems.Therefore,without considering attribute weights,two Einstein power set resolvers based on single-valued neutrosophic fuzzy sets are proposed and given.An operator-based multi-criteria group decision model method was developed,and the model was also applied to the numerical examples of green supplier selection.The evaluation information of different decision-makers was assembled according to the associated weights,and then the support between the attribute criteria and the relationship collects the evaluation information under all attribute criteria,and then obtains the results.By comparing and analyzing with the methods proposed in other literatures,the applicability of the method model in this chapter is verified.(3)On the basis of the single-valued mid-intellect set,the three membership functions are represented by hesitant fuzzy numbers to form a single-valued middle-intellect hesitant fuzzy set,which can describe more fuzzy information for decision makers.The Einstein operation rules based on single-valued neutrosophic hesitant fuzzy numbers are proposed and their algebraic properties are proposed.Based on this,two Einstein power set solvers based on single-valued neutrosophic hesitant fuzzy sets are proposed,so is multi-criteria decision-making method.In order to avoid the impact of special data on the method model,two different numerical cases selected by the green supplier are selected.In the respective numerical cases,the methods mentioned in this chapter are compared with the corresponding methods in the references of each case.To prove the effectiveness of the method and model proposed in this chapter.Therefore,the full paper mainly studies the issue of evaluating and selecting green suppliers in the ambiguity environment of neutrosophic.Through the comparison and analysis of the proposed model methods in numerical cases,it gives decision makers a solution when solving such problems,as well as some methods and ideas.
