With the improvement of mine mechanization, the particle size of mine dust is also declining. In the harm caused by the dust most attention: one is serious harm to the health of mine workers, pneumoconiosis is the most serious occupational disease in our country; Second, the accumulation of coal dust in the air to a certain degree is easy to explode. Because the mine is usually rich in water source, and the wet scrubbers have a good effect on the removal of dust particles less than 5 ?m, wet scrubbers are common in underground mines.The wet dust collector is an efficient dust removal equipment, although its structure compared to other dust removal equipment is simple, but its internal flow field structure is very complex. However, the development of new wet scrubbers is mostly based on the design experience and some theory developed, so the design of the products will appear many phenomena of uneven distribution of the internal flow field and secondary flow and vortex. In this paper, the fluent numerical simulation software is studied by the patent products jointly developed by Beijing coal science research institute and Beijing new sunshine machinery manufacturing co.,ltd.,providing all information of the internal airflow movement, and then systematically studies the factors affecting the operation performance of wet dust fan. Because the impeller is the most important part of the wet dust fan, and the wet dust fan is working in the environment of dust bearing air, the wear of the device is inevitable. Based on the analysis of the internal flow field of wet dust fan, the wear of wet dust fan is studied and analyzed, the most easily worn position is found, which provides basis for the anti-wear research.After analyzing the structure and working principle of the wet dust fan, it is found that the most core part of wet dust fan is the impeller device, the process of ventilation and clean air in the impeller area, its distribution of internal flow field directly affects the overall dust removal efficiency of wet dust fan. The analysis of flow field is based on the method of simple to complex, using fluent software to analyze the sequence of gas phase flow, air - coal Multi-phase flow and air - water-coal Multiphase flow. the results show that the flow field distribution is complex,especially in the impeller area, there is severe swirl and return area between the outlet and the tank. Finally, the purification efficiency is calculated by counting the number of dust particles in the different particle size after the spray,comparing these data can obviously see that the dust removal effect is good.Then select the appropriate wear model in fluent to study the wear of the impeller, especially the impeller area. In the analysis of the motion trajectory of different particle size of dust particles in the blade channel, five micron, 10 ?m and 15 ?m powder particles were selected to study the erosion wear of wet dust fan. According to the simulation results, it provides the basis for improving the anti-wear of wet dust fan, and provides appropriate anti-wear measures to the vulnerable area.After the analysis of the mechanism of wet dust removal,the direct relationship with the dust removal effect is nozzle spray,spray speed,nozzle launch angle,spray mode and the position of the nozzle. According to the air intake of the dust removal system,a three-dimensional geometric model is established between the inlet cross section of the impeller. When the spray speed and the spray angle use mathematical method,the trajectory of the water droplet spray is deduced,then the influence of the wall of the box is considered,and the simulation data is obtained. First, the speed change of the cross section of the not and consequent spray and the reverse spray exit section is compared and the specific theoretical analysis,the original spray device is improved a certain distance and the reverse spray effect is better. Considering the optimal dust removal area of the water mist column in the nozzle,the optimal position of the velocity change of the outlet section of the reverse spray gun in different positions is selected.Through the use of fluent software, and combined with theoretical innovation, it is found that the dust removal has the advantages of small volume, simple structure,high dust removal efficiency, no blocking phenomenon. The research on the application of wet dust fan and the optimization design and improve its anti-wear measures prolong its service life, and puts forward the direction, which plays a positive role in the improvement of the theory of internal flow field and multiphase flow. And the unique impeller structure of the impeller is not only efficient and space-saving, but also avoid the wear of the blade in front of the blade, which provides a basis for the development of impeller machinery.
