As the main part of the open-pit mine production system,the transportation system of open-pit mine production system is connected with each production link of open-pit mine.Heavy trucks with large tonnage are common means of the open-pit mine transportation system,and the occurrence of traffic accidents in the transportation process seriously endangers personal safety and affects the normal operation of the mine production system.With the development of automation technology,driverless mine cars is gradually applied in mine production.However,the extreme climate environment of open-pit brings challenges to the safe operation of driverless mine cars.In order to further improve the working efficiency of the mine production system and ensure the transportation safety,this study starts from the environment of the open-pit mine,combined with the impact of the extreme environment on the reliability of onboard sensors to determine the minimum safe driving distance of the driverless car in open-pit mine.First of all,the extreme climate and environmental characteristics of open-pit are briefly summarized,the basic working principle of on-board sensors and the factors affecting its working stability are introduced,and then the factors affecting the safe distance of the unmanned mine transporter are analyzed to provide the basis for the selection of the experimental environment parameters in the following paper.Secondly,simulate the basic environmental characteristics of the mining area,and study the working stability of the sensors under the conditions of temperature and humidity,wind speed and direction,dust concentration and the large particles attached to the laser lidar surface.The experiment shows that the influence of the above environment on the lidar from large to small order is the large particles attachment,temperature,dust and wind.Temperature and humidity have the greatest influence on ultrasonic radar.Finally,the safe distance model of driveless mine cars is established,using the fuzzy control method and the braking reaction time of the sensor is determined,according to the influence of the open-pit environmental factors on the sensors and the speed factors,to calculate the minimum safe distance that should be kept under the different speeds of the open-pit environment and verify the minimum safe distance using Trucksim simulation software to build the model.
