Objective:Using the monitoring data of 2016-2018 rural drinking water and 2016-2018 urban drinking water quality in Jilin Province,this paper analyzes the quality status of urban and rural residents' drinking water in Jilin Province,so as to provide scientific basis for relevant departments to improve the drinking water quality monitoring system in Jilin Province,ensure people's drinking water sanitation.Methods:The monitoring data of urban and rural drinking water quality in 2016-2018 are derived from the national drinking water quality monitoring information system,and the monitoring results are evaluated and analyzed according to the standard for drinking water quality(GB5749-2006).Use Excel 2007 software to establish database,and use Excel 2007 and SPSS 24 to sort out analysis data.Statistical inference was made byc(17)test,and the test level was ? = 0.05.Results:1.Water quality test results of rural drinking water in Jilin Province(1)Overall test results of drinking water quality in rural areas of Jilin ProvinceIn 2016-2018,the overall qualified rate of rural drinking water quality in Jilin Province was 45.29%,44.98% and 47.13% respectively.In Jilin Province,the qualified rate of rural drinking water quality is 45.98%,47.18%,51.88% in dry season,44.61%,42.78%,42.37% in wet season,45.73%,46.24%,48.30% in factory water,44.90%,43.85%,46.09% in terminal water.(2)Detection results of microbial indicators of drinking water in rural areas of Jilin Province.In 2016-2018,the qualified rate of microbial indicators of rural drinking water in Jilin Province was 72.77%,73.81% and 74.79% respectively.In Jilin Province,the qualified rate of rural drinking water quality was 75.62%,80.04%,83.10% in dry season,69.96%,67.58%,66.48% in wet season,74.64%,75.90%,76.73% in factory water,71.13%,71.95%,73.07% in micro-organisms index in peripheral water.(3)Detection results of toxicological indexes of drinking water in rural areas of Jilin ProvinceFrom 2016 to 2018,the qualified rates of toxicological indicators of rural drinking water in Jilin Province were 87.99%,87.06% and 85.95% respectively.In Jilin Province,the qualified rate of rural drinking water quality was 87.48%,90.02% and 86.72% in dry season,and 88.49%,84.09% and 85.17% in wet season.The qualified rate of outgoing water was 88.12%,87.07% and 85.99% respectively,and the qualified rate of terminal water was 87.87%,87.04% and 85.91% respectively.(4)Sensory characteristics and general chemical indicators of rural drinking water in Jilin ProvinceFrom 2016 to 2018,the qualification rates of sensory properties and general chemical indicators of rural drinking water in Jilin Province were 66.88%,66.65% and 68.46% respectively.The qualified rate of rural drinking water quality was 65.55%,62.10% and 67.33% respectively in low water period,and 68.20%,69.08% and 69.59% respectively in high water period.The qualified rate of outgoing water is 66.15%,65.93% and 68.22% respectively.(5)Unconventional indicators of drinking water in rural areas of Jilin ProvinceFrom 2016 to 2018,the qualified rate of ammonia nitrogen in rural drinking water in Jilin Province was 98.11%,98.56% and 98.80% respectively.In Jilin Province,the qualified rate of rural drinking water quality was 97.88%,99.06% and 98.92% in dry season,and 98.33%,98.07% and 98.68% in wet season.The qualified rate of outgoing water is 97.90%,98.45% and 98.80% respectively;the qualified rate of terminal water is 98.29%,98.67% and 98.80% respectively.2.Test results of drinking water in Jilin Province(1)Test results of urban drinking water in Jilin Province in 2016A total of 2000 water samples were tested throughout the year,of which 1611 were qualified,with a qualified rate of 80.55%.Among the test items,the qualified ones are cadmium,chromium,lead,mercury,selenium,cyanide,trichloromethane,carbon tetrachloride,chlorate,smell and taste,aluminum,copper,chloride,sulfate,volatile phenols,anion synthetic detergent and free chlorine.The qualified rates of other items are: total coliform group(97.65%),heat-resistant coliform group(40.43%),Escherichia coli(97.56%),total colonies(97.30%),arsenic(99.85%),fluoride(99.80%),nitrate nitrogen(94.45%),chroma(99.95%),turbidity(93.70%),visible to the naked eye(98.95 %,pH(99.90%),iron(99.60%),manganese(95.90%),zinc(99.95%),dissolved total solid(99.95%),total hardness(99.65%),oxygen consumption(99.20%),chlorine dioxide(99.62%),ammonia nitrogen(99.70%);microbial index qualification rate is 96.00%,toxicological index qualification rate is 94.05%,sensory properties and general chemical index qualification rate is 89.60%.(2)Test results of urban drinking water in Jilin Province in 2017A total of 2014 water samples were tested throughout the year,of which 1680 were qualified,with a qualified rate of 83.42%.In the test items,the qualified ones are cadmium,chromium,lead,mercury,selenium,cyanide,chloroform,carbon tetrachloride,chlorate,smell and taste,aluminum,copper,anionic synthetic detergent and free chlorine.The qualified rates of other items are: total coliform(98.16%),heat-resistant coliform(41.38%),Escherichia coli(70.00%),total colonies(97.96%),arsenic(99.80%),fluoride(99.16%),nitrate nitrogen(95.18%),chlorite(99.72%),chroma(99.80%),turbidity(93.94%),visible to the naked eye(99.95%),pH(99.75)%),iron(99.40%),manganese(97.52%),zinc(99.90%),sulfate(99.95%),total dissolved solids(99.80%),total hardness(99.80%),oxygen consumption(99.95%),volatile phenols(99.95%),chlorine dioxide(99.82%),ammonia nitrogen(99.65)%,96.67% of microbiological index,94.09% of toxicological index,91.01% of sensory properties and general chemical index.(3)Test results of urban drinking water in Jilin Province in 2018A total of 2006 water samples were tested throughout the year,of which 1747 were qualified,with a qualified rate of 87.09%.Among the test items,the qualified ones are Escherichia coli,cadmium,mercury,selenium,cyanide,chloroform,carbon tetrachloride,smell and taste,visible to the naked eye,aluminum,copper,zinc,sulfate,volatile phenols,anion synthetic detergent and free chlorine.The qualified rates of other items are: total coliform group(98.60%),heat-resistant coliform group(20.83%),total colonies(98.75%),arsenic(99.80%),fluoride(99.75%),nitrate nitrogen(95.76%),chlorite(99.72%),turbidity(95.96%),pH(99.90%),manganese(98.60%),chloride(99.90%),dissolved total solid(99.85%),total hardness(99.80%),chlorine dioxide(99.91%),ammonia nitrogen(98.75%);microbial index qualification rate of 97.66%,toxicological index qualification rate of 95.16%,sensory properties and general chemical index qualification rate of 94.17%.Conclusions:1.From 2016 to 2018,the qualified rate of urban drinking water quality in Jilin Province is higher than that of rural drinking water quality.2.The main unqualified indexes of rural drinking water and urban drinking water in Jilin Province are sensory properties,general chemical indexes and microbial indexes.3.The qualified rate of rural drinking water quality in low water period is higher than that in high water period,and the qualified rate of urban drinking water quality in low water period is lower than that in high water period.4.The indexes with low qualified rate of rural drinking water in Jilin provinceinclude iron,nitrate nitrogen,total coliform,fluoride,heat-resistant coliform,total colonies,manganese,Escherichia coli and turbidity;the indexes with low qualified rate of urban drinking water in Jilin province include turbidity,heat-resistant coliform,iron,nitrate nitrogen and manganese.
