With the rapid development of manufacturing industry,people's material living standard has been constantly improved,more and more household appliances are beginning to enter people's vision,consumers' demand for household appliances is also increasing,and it is the enterprise automated production line that provides these products to consumers.The high-quality and efficient production line provides people with more high-quality products.The "Made in China 2025" strategy puts forward the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry to "smart manufacturing",and puts forward more requirements for the quality monitoring of the production line of the manufactured products.Therefore,while automating the manufacture of household appliances,the status monitoring of the production process becomes more important.Only by ensuring the safe and reliable operation of the production line and the realization of safe production can it provide a strong guarantee for the manufacturing enterprise to move towards a "smart factory".Therefore,an entrepreneur's electrical product automatic assembly line was studied in this article,it introduced the functional architecture of the entire production line system on the basis of analyzing the automation function requirements of production line;And then it took an assembly station on the product assembly production line as a research object to determine automated assembly plan and establish relevant assembly mechanism model,and used multi-body dynamics simulation analysis software Adams to simulate and verify the automated assembly plan,including whether the equipment layout is reasonable,whether interference and collision will occur between the institutions;and the monitoring requirements of the assembly line's movement status during actual production was analyzed by this article,it also determined the monitoring plan and overall structure of the production line.Secondly,on the basis of the automated assembly plan,it analyzed and determined that the implementation plan of joint simulation monitoring system for the production line,it also built a joint simulation platform for the monitoring of the operating status of the assembly mechanism,and introduced its workflow and advantages and disadvantages.It achieved the online simulation monitoring process for the operation of the assembly unit on the production line,found abnormal information in a timely manner and determined the cause of the failure,provided reference for the staff to facilitate the maintenance management of theproduction line.On the basis of the joint simulation scheme,it realized the simulation monitoring of the multi-station and multi-device mechanism with the help of the distributed simulation platform,through the the design of the federal members and the federal interface agent module,the simulation software was hooked up on the RTI platform for data interaction to realize distributed joint simulation monitoring,as the same time,the real-time monitoring of the simulation progress of the monitoring unit was convenient to facilitate management's simulation scheduling.Finally,the feasibility of the joint simulation monitoring platform is proved by a concrete assembly example.The distributed co-simulation platform is verified by an example,which proves the practicability of the platform in enterprises.
