A Study On The Household Garbage Classification Management In The Perspective Of "Beautiful China"

"Beautiful China" is a goal first proposed at the 18 th national congress of the communist party of China and is also an important aspect of the five-pronged overall plan for socialist modernization.Building a beautiful China is a new historical starting point for the communist party of China to think about "what kind of ecological China to build and how " from the perspective of national strategy.Since the reform and opening up,China's traditional development model has brought rapid economic development,but also brought serious ecological crisis.In particular,as residents increasingly pursue more colorful material enjoyment,the production of household garbage has also increased significantly.The phenomenon of "garbage siege" has become extremely serious and urgent,which not only damages the ecological environment on which people rely for survival,but also seriously endangers the health of residents.President Xi Jinping has deeply realized the urgency and importance of solving the problem of garbage siege,and proposed to implement the garbage classification system throughout the country,so as to realize garbage reduction,recycling and harmless treatment.It can be said that promoting the garbage classification policy in the new era is the choice of the times,the duty of the government and the citizens alike.Household garbage classification management in our country has more than 60 years history.Although some achievements have been made in household garbage classification management throughout this 60 years,the overall implementation effect is poor,with many problems left such as imperfect top-level design of the government,imperfect laws and regulations,inconsistent classification consciousness and behavior of residents,incomplete classification system and so on.This paper is an exploration to solve this problem.By using the methods of literature analysis,case study and interdisciplinary research,this paper analyzes the current situation of household garbage classification management in China,points out the existing problems in classification management,and puts forward some feasible countermeasures and suggestions.The author puts forward the following suggestions: First,reform themanagement mode of garbage classification management,and strive to form a scientific,efficient and operational management mode;Second,build a strict network of laws and regulations on garbage classification,and take the road of compulsory and law-based governance;Third,innovate the publicity and education methods of garbage classification,and strengthen people's classification consciousness and behavior;Fourth,the construction of a systematic garbage classification operation mechanism featuring the full cycle of garbage treatment system including the classified disposal,collection,transport and the treatment of the garbage.
