| Fluorescent materials have the property of radiating absorbed light energy out of the body again in the form of radiation,and have important applications in the fields of display and communication.Carbon nitride material is an inorganic material suitable for the preparation of nano-structures,and can form a nano-layer structure.Carbon nitride materials have fluorescence characteristics,but the ultra-thin structure formed by carbon nitride is prone to agglomeration,which causes the quenching effect of the fluorescence in the carbon nitride material,reduces its fluorescence efficiency,and severely restricts the carbon nitride in the solid state.Application in light-emitting devices.Therefore,in order to improve the fluorescence efficiency of carbon nitride materials and weaken the quenching effect,this paper adopts a simple physical method and selects solid nano materials to isolate the carbon nitride nano materials,which hinders the reunion of the carbon nitride materials and weakens Its quenching effect improves the luminous efficiency.In this paper,nanomaterials such as silica nanoparticles,Zn O nanorods,silicon carbide nanoparticles,etc.are selected as spacers to improve the photoluminescence performance of the material,and the following main results are obtained:(1)Carbon nitride nanomaterials were prepared by thermal polymerization method.Using physical mixing method,the carbon nitride materials were mixed with silicon oxide nanometer,Zn O powder,Zn O nanorod,Zn O microwire and other oxide series materials.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD)and photoluminescence spectroscopy(PL)and other testing and characterization methods were used to test the morphology,structure and luminescence characteristics of the composite Research and analysis.The results show that when a certain proportion of silica nanoparticles and Zn O nanorods are mixed in the carbon nitride material,it can play a good role in physical isolation of the carbon nitride material,which obviously weakens the carbon nitride nanomaterial itself due to aggregation.The photoluminescence quenching effect enhances the luminescence performance of carbon nitride materials.(2)Using thermal polymerization and physical mixture sintering,composites such as carbon nitride nanomaterials,layered bimetallic hydroxide(LDH)/carbon nitride nanocomposites,and SiC/carbon nitride nanocomposites were prepared system.And carried out the PL test of the system separately.The effect of these nanomaterials on weakening the quenching effect of carbon nitride materials was studied.The results show that the size of the selected nano-materials plays a major role in the physical isolation of carbon nitride nano-materials.Nano-materials of appropriate size can effectively enhance the fluorescent properties of carbon nitride materials.Based on carbon nitride materials,this work has developed a technique of physicalisolation carbon nitride sheets by nanomaterials,which have shown desirable results in improving the photoluminescence intensity of carbon nitride materials.This is because the selected nanomaterials play a key role in isolating carbon nitride nanosheets,weakening the quenching effect of the carbon nitride material itself.The above research results have reference value for improving the photoluminescence performance of carbon nitride materials. |
