Study On The Transformation Path Of HJJM Company

Since the reform and opening up,with the rapid economic development,China's economic structure has been excessively dependent on the basic energy industry,making the coal industry once a representative of China's rapid economic development.However,the appearance of high profits and rapid development to a large extent covers up the difficulties that China's coal enterprises are facing.Since 2008,the domestic demand for improving the energy structure and reshaping the medium and high-end supply has become more and more urgent,and the gap between supply and demand in the coal industry has changed dramatically.As a result,the income of the enterprise was greatly reduced,the operating loss was continuously enlarged,and the enterprise began to face serious problems such as high debt,tight capital chain,and restricted production safety input,which had a serious impact on the production operation of the enterprise,the lives of employees,and even the stability of the mining area.A series of interlaced factors lead to the serious development dilemma of China's coal enterprises.Under this social and economic background,China's coal enterprises are all faced with the transformation problems.HJJM is one of the leading coking coal production enterprises and coal suppliers in China.It is a representative coal energy dependent enterprise.This paper takes HJJM company as the research object,studies its current situation and formulates the enterprise transformation strategy.Firstly,the company's political,economic,technical and legal environment is analyzed with PEST analysis model to analyze the market environment.Secondly,the company's strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats were explored with the SWOT analysis model to clarify its strengths and weaknesses.Further,the author found and summarized the problems of HJJM company transformation as follows:single industrial structure,low management efficiency and rigid business model;Further,based on the analysis results and combined with the internal and external environment,the transformation objectives were clarified and feasible transformation strategies were developed from the industrial structure,management mode and business model.Finally,in order to guarantee the effective implementation of the transformation strategy of HJJM company,thispaper puts forward the safeguard measures for the transformation of HJJM company from the aspects of capital,manpower,scientific research and systems.
