With the development of economy,the competition among enterprises becomes more and more fierce,and the essence of competition is the competition of human resources.Therefore,an effective employee assessment system is particularly important.The performance appraisal system can link the activities of employees with the strategic objectives of the enterprise,form a unified cohesion and promote the development of the enterprise.This paper studies the performance appraisal of Heze coal and power company,using the methods of literature research,interview,questionnaire,theory and practice integration.Through literature research,reading books,sorting out literature,forming a scientific understanding of performance appraisal,on this basis,summarize the refining methods and measures.Through interviews,in-depth exchanges and interviews with relevant personnel of the enterprise.Through the method of questionnaire,according to the specific needs of the specific problems of targeted design questionnaire,the front-line staff and functional personnel were investigated.This paper studies the problem of performance appraisal of Heze coal power plant by the method of integration of theory and practice,and solves the existing problems in practice through the combination of theory and practice.This article analyzes the current performance evaluation status of Heze Coal and Electricity Company,and finds out the problems in performance evaluation,mainly including: unclear performance evaluation goals,failure to play the role of employees in performance evaluation,communication and feedback after performance evaluation There are deficiencies,and the standards and indicators for performance evaluation are unreasonable.In response to these problems,according to the actual situation of the company,proposed improvement measures.Finally,we will explain the formulation of objective and clear performance evaluation standards.Introduce balanced scorecards in performance appraisal,set indicators and weights from four dimensions.Because the balanced scorecard considers both financial and non-financial indicators,the assessment is more comprehensive and scientific.In this paper,based on the company's existing performance evaluation of all employees,it conducts research on optimizing evaluation indicators and other aspects.It aims to break through the plight of the coal industry at this stage through optimized design of performance evaluation and promote the long-term development of the enterprise.
