Construction safety has become one of the urgent problems to be solved in the modern construction industry,which may cause loss of people and property at any time.Safety management in traditional construction field can no longer meet the complex construction safety management needs.It usually relies on the experience of personnel and mastery of industry norms.Single management philosophy and technical means,prone to management deviation.With its characteristics of virtual visualization and full-cycle information expression,BIM has caused research craze in the field of construction,and has been widely used in the design,construction,operation and maintenance stages,providing new application opportunities for safety management in the construction industry.Based on this,on the basis of studying the current status of safety management during the construction process in the field of construction engineering,this thesis builds a safety knowledge base for the main structure of building,and builds a framework of intelligent construction safety inspection system,combining BIM technology,work safety analysis,knowledge base and other theories to achieve safety Intelligent inspection system function.The main research contents of this article are as follows:(1)This thesis determines the data requirements of the main structure safety intelligent inspection system,based on the research theory of safety management in the construction field.The work safety analysis method is used to decompose the main structure of building according to the construction characteristics and process methods.The current construction specifications are sorted into a recognizable text form,so as to determine the description of construction safety hazards and the list of safety code provisions,and provide data sources for the safety knowledge base of the building main structure.(2)This thesis proposes an effective extraction rule and method to express the relationship between the components of the BIM model,according to the characteristics of the building information model structure and building information technology.In this thesis,Dynamo is used to extract component information,and it is inspired by the relationship between mesh type and building model components in the topology of computer networks.With the help of Gephi,the extracted data is used to establish the topological relationship to lay the foundation for safety inspection in specific scenarios.(3)Based on the theoretical research of the knowledge base,this thesis designs the logical structure and storage relationship of the safety knowledge base according to the two query mechanisms of BIM-JSA-Specification and BIM-Specification.The data sources of this safety knowledge base mainly include description of risks,specification and component topology.With the help of SQL Server 2012 to establish a safety knowledge base,to provide data support forthe realization of the function of the safety inspection system.(4)In conclusion,this thesis establishes a construction safety intelligent inspection system based on BIM and knowledge base.Based on the disadvantages of traditional construction safety management,this thesis introduces the design principles and schemes of the system in detail by analyzing the function and data requirements of the system.In addition,a system framework is established,and the functional modules of the system are divided into data management module,information conversion module,and functional application module,and the principle of each functional module is explained in detail.With the help of Revit's secondary development environment and C# computer language,the safety intelligent inspection system is developed to realize system functions such as data update,rule inspection,training and visualization of results,making the safety management in the construction field more scientific and efficient.The thesis has 63 figures,33 tables,and 111 references.
