With the development of science and technology and the importance of mine safety,a variety of fire-fighting methods have been adopted.The inhibitor is one of the more effective,safe and economical methods.Although the principle of this method is simple and the cost is low,it has some defects,such as poor stability,large influence by air volume and temperature,low compressive strength and so on.In order to solve the above problems,the professor Jiang team proposed the concept of"thermosensitive cytoplasmic inhibitor".The temperature sensitive cell coat is the shell formed on the surface of the inhibitor sphere after the melt spraying of composite phase change materials,which can effectively improve the compressive strength and stability of the inhibitor.This paper is based on the"Research on the properties of thermosensitive cell coating composite"and the design of the batch production equipment of cell coating inhibitor.In this study,the cell coat of inhibitor is based on the composite of paraffin and stearic acid,and through many experiments,it is determined that the best shape is spherical.In view of the batch production of ice hockey,it is innovatively proposed to mix ice hockey with 0.06%sodium alginate solution,and then react with 1%calcium lactate solution to form a spherical water coagulation membrane.Through the low temperature environment,the ball is frozen into ice hockey.The compressive strength provided by the water coagulation membrane can make the shape of the ice ball keep intact and the whole structure will not be damaged.Secondly,in the research of spray preparation,a set of automatic equipment is designed,the core unit of which is leakage unit,melting phase change unit and cooling unit.As the core unit,the melt transformation unit is designed with rotating motor,universal wide-angle solid cone pressure nozzle,material barrel,heating barrel,silica gel heater,temperature controller and external heat insulation cotton.It is determined that the volume of material barrel is 70L,the outer diameter of pipeline is20mm,the inner diameter is 15mm,the flow of pipeline is 3.0~3.3l/min,the pressure range of pipeline is 0.34~-0.38MPa,and the spray coverage area of nozzle is 1.02m~2.The structure of the whole system can meet the requirements of hot melt spraying for composite phase change materials.Finally,based on the system flow,through many experiments,the composite cellular coating material is heated to 75?,and the high pressure generated by the rotation of gear pump changes the liquid composite material into fog state,adjusts the drop height of the ball and spray angle of the nozzle,and obtains the best experimental scheme.The final experimental scheme is:the ratio of composite phase change material is paraffin(52%)+aluminum hydroxide(15%)+zinc borate(15%)+stearic acid(13%)+0-50?m glass fiber(5%),In this experiment,the best scheme of ice ball particle size is 15mm,the thickness of cell coat is 1.5mm,the drop height of the ball is 9cm from the spray area,and the angle of the nozzle is 0°from the horizontal ground.The preparation of the inhibitor can meet the requirements of use and transportation,and its comprehensive performance is excellent.The research of this paper can provide the research basis for the application and automation of the research and preparation of cytoplasmic inhibitor.The corresponding mechanical automation equipment has been designed for the preparation process,which effectively reduces the production cost of the inhibitor and improves the preparation efficiency,which makes it a feasible scheme to popularize the new type of cytoplasmic inhibitor in a large area.There are 37 figures,13 tables and 91 references in this paper.
