Research On Personnel Safety Risk Assessment And Countermeasures In Offshore Drilling Enterprises

During the rapid development of China's economy,the demand for chemical products from all walks of life is increasing.Oil is an important strategic resource for social stability.However,domestic oil resources are relatively scarce,and international oil prices have fluctuated and changed,which has led to an increasing amount of domestic oil drilling operations.With the continuous development and utilization of terrestrial oil and gas resources,the terrestrial oil and gas reserves continue to decrease,and the exploration scope continues to expand to the ocean.However,the difficulty and danger of offshore oil extraction are much higher than those on land.In recent years,there have been many casualties from offshore drilling rigs.There are serious consequences for both individuals and businesses.No accident is the basic requirement of every employee,and it is also the duty and ultimate goal of offshore drilling enterprises.As a high-risk industry,domestic oil drilling faces many safety factors.Therefore,it is particularly important to improve the safety management level in the process of oil drilling operations.Improving the emergency management level is to make up for the lack of safety management measures and is a key first-aid measure to ensure the safety of employees.Through reviewing the literature,I collected and understood the safety factors of offshore drilling employees,and focused on human factors.From the perspective of management,this paper analyzes the behaviors of managers and operators,using case analysis method,questionnaires method and comprehensive evaluation method to research them.Safety evaluation is performed on them,and explored the methods to improving personnel safety management.It extends from employee safety to the necessity of establishing a safety alert and emergency mechanism,and improves safety management capabilities by formulating safety strategies.This article mainly analyzes the current status of safety management of domestic offshore oil drilling companies.By understanding the safety management situation of Shanghai Drilling Division,the questionnaire is used to determine the safety factors of the drilling platform.I analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the company in management.Based on this research,tailor-made corresponding security strategies for offshore oil drilling companies,minimize personnel casualties,ensure employee safety,reduce corporate losses,and create a good corporate humanistic environment.In the future research and study,I will continue to carry out more detailed research on safety management in accordance with the specific situation of offshore drilling enterprises,and constantly improve the safety system,in order to ensure the safety of employees,improve business efficiency,and do something to realize the development and utilization for the offshore oil and gas resources.
