Urbanization is a comprehensive geographical process with human behavior as the leading role,natural environment as the support,resource flow as the lifeblood and social culture as the meridians.The three subsystems of natural support,economic metabolism and social regulation and control,as well as the three subsystems,complement each other in terms of time,space,quantity,structure and order,are typical facts for studying the coupling and coordination between systems Practice.In the system of urbanization,ecology is the base of development,society is the main body of behavior,and economy is the driving mechanism.Under the intertwined effect of the three,cities and towns show strong vitality.Lanzhou-Xining Urban Agglomeration is a one belt,one road area with a key focus on the development of the provincial cities,and a key economic growth pole and an open area of the "one belt and one road" in the western region.The improvement of the urbanization level of Lanzhou-Xining Urban Agglomeration is very important to promote the balanced development of the region and the benign development of the western economy.At the same time,He Huang Valley,the main bearing area of urban agglomeration,is located in the upper reaches of the Yellow River.It shoulders the task of strengthening water resources protection and air pollution prevention,and building the ecological security barrier in the western region.It is an important hub of Gansu national ecological security barrier construction pilot area.Taking 39 counties and districts of Lanzhou-Xining Agglomeration as research units and 39 indicators of three systems of "economy,society and ecology" as data support,this paper adopts the method of combining entropy and coefficient of variation to empower them,and analyses the development level and spatial distribution characteristics of the three systems on the basis of quantitative measurement.Through coupling coordination degree model,spatial exploratory analysis method and geographic weighted regression analysis model(GWR),this paper analyzed the distribution and aggregation characteristics of coupling coordination degree and the main influencing factors.The results show that:(1)At the three time nodes of 2007,2012 and 2017,there is a large improvement space in the economic subsystem of urban agglomerations as a whole.The problems of too large gap between counties and regions and too low development level of a few counties and regions are prominent.In the space,there is a low-level independent center pattern,with a high proportion of low value areas and a wide area.The development level structure of each county and region is single,and the core cities of urban agglomerations are driven by radiation Capacity needs to be strengthened.The development of the social subsystem is similar to that of the economic subsystem,and the overall improvement is more obvious.The area of the extremely low-level counties has been reduced,but the proportion of the low-level areas is too high,and the problem of the imbalance of the hierarchical structure still exists.The infrastructure construction and social service level show strong dependence on the regional economic level,and the gap between the central city and the marginal counties shows one by one The trend of deepening in.The overall score of the ecosystem subsystem is high,the counties and districts maintain strong similarity,the gap is small and there is no extremely low value area,showing a high east-west and low central distribution pattern.(2)In terms of coupling degree,39 counties in the three time points are in the stage of high coupling and extreme coupling,and the interaction between all elements and systems is close,which tends to develop in a more stable and harmonious direction.There are significant regional differences in the degree of coordination,the number of high coupling and coordination areas decreased,the proportion of medium and low coupling and coordination areas is high and on the rise.There is a significant positive correlation between the degree of coupling and coordination of the composite ecosystem and the level of urbanization in each county and District,and the degree of coupling and coordination of the three systems in the areas with high level of economic development shows a high level.The spatial aggregation characteristics of coordination degree are obvious,the low-L type area is dominant,the spatial difference of coupling coordination degree is large,and the polarization phenomenon is significant.The problems of low-level coupling coordination counties in urban agglomerations,such as mutual aggregation,high proportion,and unbalanced hierarchical structure,are prominent.(3)The factors influencing the coordination degree were ranked as follows: the proportion of environmental investment to GDP > industrialization rate > the difference of disposable income between urban and rural residents > per capita fiscal expenditure > topographic fluctuation.Among them,the proportion of environmental protection investment in GDP and per capita fiscal expenditure have a significant positive effect on the change of regional coupling coordination,The industrialization rate,the differencof disposable income between urban and rural residents and the terrain fluctuation have significant negative effects.The improvement of coupling and coordination reflects the positive interaction of various elements in the process of urbanization.It is necessary to formulate comprehensive and differentiated optimal control strategies according to the characteristics of the system.The specific measures to improve regional coupling include: optimizing regional urbanization pattern,promoting industrial transformation and upgrading,building comprehensive transportation network,strengthening major infrastructure construction,strengthening basic public services,protecting important ecological space,implementing comprehensive regulation of the Yellow River Basin,implementing major ecological protection and restoration projects,building a circular economy system,promoting resource conservation and intensive profit We should use and advocate low-carbon lifestyle and build a system of ecological civilization.
