Cordyceps pupae active peptide is a kind of small molecule bioactive substance with antioxidation,enhancing immune function and lowering blood sugar.In this paper,using rice flour of Cordyceps pupae as substrate,the active peptide of Cordyceps pupae prepared by Bacillus licheniformis fermentation was used to investigate the release degree and degradation of the microcapsules.1.The active peptide of Cordyceps pupae prepared by fermentation of Bacillus licheniformis was prepared by ultrafiltration,and the content of peptide was measured by Folin phenol method,and the standard curve was made.The yield of active peptide was 64.7%.2.In the experiment,the pupa cordyceps peptide microcapsules were prepared from gelatin,ethyl cellulose and polylactic acid respectively.the encapsulation rate of ethyl cellulose microcapsules was 83%,the drug loading capacity was 21%,and the cumulative release amount was 28% within 36 h and decreased to 20% at 48 h;the encapsulation rate of gelatin microcapsules was 50.84% and the drug loading was 23%.the accumulated drug release amount can reach 48% within 48 hours;the encapsulation rate of microencapsulated polylactic acid is 79.2%,the ball formation rate is 86.90%,the drug loading is 58%,and the accumulated drug release amount can reach 67% within 48 hours.Microencapsulated Polylactic Acid excellent,the response surface analysis method was used to optimize the process,which further proved that the model was reasonable.3.A model of diabetic mice was established to investigate the hypoglycemic activity of microcapsules.The results showed that microcapsules of cordycepin polylactic acid could reduce the blood glucose concentration,enhance the tolerance of glucose and increase the level of insulin in diabetic mice.serum lipid levels(tg,cho)were reduced in mice after microencapsulation of cordyceps polylactic acid(lactic acid),which could inhibit liver and kidney enlargement and repair spleen damage.urea nitrogen level decreased 14.71% and kidney/body ratio decreased 12.87%.
