As an important emerging economic belt in the Yangtze valley, the ecological economic belt of the Han river plays the role of connecting the east with the west and connecting the south with the north, and plays a very important role in China's regional development pattern. At present, the development of the Han river ecological economic belt has been put forward the national strategy, and the integrated development has been promoted rapidly. At the same time, there are still some shortcomings such as uncoordinated regional development and large differences in spatial development distribution. How to promote the harmonious development of the Han river ecological economic belt,so as to promote the optimal allocation of resources and improve the comprehensive competitiveness of the Han river ecological economic belt is a question that must be answered at present. The paper contains a regional full-scale development level evaluation index system from four dimensions,12 first-level indicators and 30 second-level indicators, and uses the entropy method to calculate the comprehensive development level of 16 cities. On this basis, the time series evolution characteristics and spatial differences of comprehensive development levels of 16 cities in the Han river eco-economic belt are analyzed, and the influencing factors and space spillover effects of regional development differences are analyzed by using spatial econometric model. From the perspective of time series evolution: the comprehensive development level of the ecological economic belt of the Han river has been improved to some extent, but it is also at a relatively low level on the whole, and the regional development is quite different,so there is still much room for improvement in the comprehensive development level. From the perspective of spacial difference, the regions with strong economic strength have a higher level of comprehensive development, and their distribution hasobvious regional characteristics. The development of the middle and lower reaches of the Han river ecological economic belt of is imbalanced. The comprehensive level of the upper reaches of the Han river ecological economic belt has been improved rapidly, but the development level is characterized by "high-low" spatial aggregation. The development speed and level of the middle and lower reaches are much higher than that of the upper reaches. From the perspective of influencing factors, concentrated people, scientific and technological progress, industrial structure and development cost are the main factors affecting the regional comprehensive development difference.Spillover effects from the space, the Han river ecological economic zone cities regional comprehensive development level is affected by the surrounding city negative spillover effect, good comprehensive economic development area to the development of poor areas with siphon effect is given priority to,the influence of diffusion effect, there are some drawbacks in the current status of polarization effect is given priority to the development of the Han river ecological economic belt.By constructing the spatial analysis model, the potential influence mechanism of the data can be explored, and some enlightenment can be obtained: the three provinces of the economic belt should strengthen the provincial dialogue, establish the communication and coordination mechanism, break down the administrative barriers, promote the free circulation of production factors in the economic belt, and promote the coordinated development of cities in the economic belt.
