The dual development mode of urban and rural areas is to prioritize urban development and regard rural areas as vassals of urban development. This has made rural areas to a considerable extent a "resource warehouse and dumping site for urban waste".With the abuse of chemical and plastic products in production and life in rural areas and the rise of rural tourism, the problems of self-contamination and exogenous pollution in rural areas have become worse.Facing the grim situation, most studies in the past have interpreted it from the institutional level and put forward policy suggestions from a macro perspective, but they have ignored the dominant position of rural residents in the governance of environmental pollution. This article focuses on rural residents.Based on the perspective of rural residents, this paper studies the mechanism from environmental attitudes to environmental protection behaviors. At the same time,it explores whether external scenarios formed by factors such as subjective group consciousness and objective real environment play a role in the relationship between the two.So far,the academic community has not defined the environmental attitudes and behaviors consistently.Through the review of the literature and the purpose of the study, this article interprets the environmental attitudes as the views and tendencies of rural residents towards the current environmental situation;Environmental protection behavior is explained as a series of behaviors adopted by rural residents to help maintain ecological balance, save energy and resources and reduce environmental pollution. At the same time, the relationship between the two is also placed in a specific social atmosphere, that is,the introduction of situational factors. The so-called situational factors are all elements that can be observed at certain specific times and places and can directly or indirectly affect individual attitudes or behaviors. This article also has a new explanation for rural residents. This article proposes that rural residents are not only fixed residents who currently live in rural areas for a long time at the objective level, but also draw on the concept of identity to extend the scope of rural residents to have strong identification with rural residents The sense of the original rural residents, that is,the psychological "rural residents",because these people shuttle between the countryside and the city, production and living goods have strong industrial attributes, although they may have a high environmental attitude, but the lack of In the context of a series of supportive measures(such as poor environmental protection infrastructure in rural areas),the impact on the rural environment is also inevitable. In the research process, this article uses the theory of public product supply on a macro level to point out that environmental protection governance is a public product supply in nature, with significant positive externalities. Therefore, the collaborative governance theory is required to govern the rural environment. The various participating subjects are organically combined to promote the internalization of external effects and stimulate the consciousness and initiative of rural residents to participate in environmental governance. At the same time, they combine the theory of planned behavior and mimicry environmental theory to specifically guide rural residents on how environmental attitudes and environmental behavior Interactively implement environmental protection. In specific research, this paper uses empirical research methods, based on literature review, puts forward five hypotheses and constructs five regression equation models. Then, the collected data is analyzed through questionnaires and comprehensive use of EXCEL?SPSS and AMOS data analysis software.Descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and regression analysis. It is concluded that the environmental attitudes of rural residents and their environmental protection behaviors have a positive impact. At the same time, the situational factors of rural residents not only directly affect the environmental protection behaviors of rural residents, but also indirectly affect environmental protection behaviors by affecting environmental attitudes.According to the research results, this paper proposes that to promote rural residents 'participation in environmental governance,it is necessary to strengthen the cultivation of rural residents' environmental attitudes and the construction of situational factors. The specific measures need to start from four aspects: implement the integration of the main interests of rural environmental governance, and be friendly The implementation of environmental protection behaviors lays the institutional foundation;accelerates the construction of environmental protection infrastructure in rural areas, and lays an objective material basis for the implementation of friendly environmental protection behaviors;strengthens the publicity of environmental protection in rural areas, and lays the subjective spiritual foundation for the implementation of friendly environmental protection behaviors;and establishes the environmental protection management mechanism in rural areas To lay a social foundation for the implementation of friendly environmental protection behaviors.
